We had a lovely masseuse called “Tristana” who not only made us feel comfortable and worked amazingly on my massage but she advised us both on after care.
I also left her chocolate, that’s how lovely she was.
I recommend this spa and their facilities.

I was excited about returning to my normal routine now that gyms have reopened after lockdown. Unfortunately, this has gone down terribly due to a staff member who works there her name is SARA.. She has made me feel uncomfortable, is very abusive, and has completely ruined my experience. She is the reason why I will be cancelling my membership.
The Quad Spa website, Google, and Crowne Plaza site all clearly mention the facilities close at 10pm everyday. What happened today (17.09.20), was that I entered the gym at 9pm only to be greeted by Sara who said 'Oh, you are coming at this time'? Not even a hello or good evening! I immediately felt uncomfortable, and responded by telling her I will be out by the time you need to leave. She then told me that the facilities close at 9.45 and that I MUST be out of the building by 9.45. I was confused and I knew this was wrong and, in 4 years that I have been using the facilities, I have never been told that I must leave by 9.45!
What happened after was much worse. I stopped using the jacuzzi by 9.30 which allowed me time to shower and to get dressed to leave by 9.45. Upon leaving by sharp 9.45, I asked Sara if this was a new change? She told me that this was always the time and that it is also clearly mentioned in my contract! I politely asked her to point this out to me, she then aggressively pulled out a contract (please see attached), where she was so sure to point out that she was right. Surprise, surprise, the contract mentions that you must stop using the facilities by 9.45 to allow you time to use the shower and to get dressed and leave by 10pm!
I then asked why she had lied to me, she then mentioned that this is not her problem and that she does not get paid if she has to stay after 10pm! She was shouting at me the whole time and when I told her that I will be making a compliant to the manager, she told me that she didn't care?!
I will be escalating this to the Crowne Plaza manager, lets see how they respond and handle this. This is a complete breach of contract. I pay my membership until 10pm. Members should not be made to feel uncomfortable and have to leave 15 mins early so that staff who get their wages paid by our fees to leave early!
Disgusting service, also the facilities are falling apart! Please spend your money elsewhere!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND ABUSE FROM SARA!!
And NO, the facilities are not generally well maintained and clean, it's under staffed.
