We had a stair carpet installed. It was easy at arrange an appointment in the store and see the types of carpet available. The measuring was a few days later and the fitting about 2 weeks after that. Very efficient and polite service throughout.

Dire service! They messed up completely- ordered the wrong carpet. Then left us waiting without any info and couldn't even tell us when the right order was coming. Said they couldn't even track the order. Man was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Initially they were excellent, but there was an issue with the fitting that ended in an additional (and not aforementioned) cost. We agreed to pay necessary fee and asked for them to organise for someone to come and resolve the issue. This was three weeks ago, and they have not responded - nor come to resolve the issue.

So we are currently living in a flat that is a fire risk because they won't come and sort it!
