I called in Style Flooring in desperation as I had a real problem with my kitchen floor - it had been ruined and replaced twice due to domestic mishaps. The second time the concrete under the vinyl was also soaked and breaking up due to water leaking from a badly installed shower.Daniel suggested using Karndean (which I had never heard of) and he repaired the floor prior to laying the tiles. He provided a solution that was cost effective and stylish, yet practical, and he carried out the work quickly with the minimal disruption to myself and my busy household. My kitchen now looks great and I am proud when people comment on it. The Karndean is also remarkably resiliant as well as looking fabulous.I would not hesitate to recommend Style Flooring to anyone, the care and attention I received from them was second to none and they go the extra mile to provide exemplary customer service. Huge thank you to Style Flooring for our gorgeous stair runner. We recently moved into a new house and our dog was struggling to get up and down the wooden stairs because they were so slippy. The staircase is beautiful polished oak and we were nervous about having carpet or a stair runner fitted and ruining them. But Deby and Daniel were really helpful and recommended different approaches to fit the stair runner with the least impact on the oak stairs below. They have a great range of products and I quickly found the perfect design for our stair runner. I wanted something patterned and Deby suggested a beautiful striped carpet.
I was really impressed with the service and how quickly they came and measured up. Within just a couple of weeks the runner had been whipped and was fitted. They did everything they could to ensure it fitted with the least damage possible to the stairs beneath and the finished product looks fantastic! I was so impressed with the service and the final product. I was lucky enough to meet Deby and Daniel a few months ago in Reigate and so when it came to needing some flooring done at my office premises in Horley I thought I would try them out in the hope that their service was as wonderful as their personalities. I've used them for 2 flooring projects now (LVT installation and a carpet fitting) and Deby, Dan and Pete have NEVER let me down. Extra customer service doesnt cost anything extra, but Style Flooring are really helpful, and cant do enough for you, and their installation is always perfect!
