Incredible food at The Lamb to celebrate Jamaica Independence Day! We visit The Lamb weekly and are always greeted by the friendliest staff and the food is always amazing! We’re very lucky to have such a lovely pub local to us. See you again soon!

Visit here with my partner regularly since the new management has taken over and we can't recommend it enough. Fantastic food at reasonable prices, a great selection of beers, ales, ciders, wines, and spirits (some of which are local too), and very friendly, welcoming staff. Thanks to Katie and Fitz, the new landlords, for the great service they provide to our community.

The meal was fantastic - really excellent. Well cooked, tasted great, freshly cooked and piping hot. Just super. When I booked I mentioned that I would like to eat outside and I'm immunocompromised. I hate this - I feel like I'm such a pain. But that wasn't the case at The Lamb. My friend went in to get drinks and find some menus and immediately there was a member of staff who knew we were coming and went out of her way to look after us. To say that the service was 5/5 doesn't feel nearly enough. Everything about our meal (Sunday lunch), from booking, to arrival, service and the food itself was just great - and I am very grateful. Thank you so much - next time I am anywhere near I will certainly return.

Very comprehensive menu choices with something for everyone. Food was lovely, tasty and hot. Very quiet but it was a Tuesday lunchtime. Service friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend and look forward to visiting again.

There were three adults and our two year old grandson in our party for Sunday lunch. We were warmly welcomed and a highchair provided for our grandson plus a small spoon and fork. Two of us had roasts, our son had steak and ale pie and our grandson had chicken, mash and peas, all of which was delicious. Chocolate brownie, creme brulee and apple and mandarin crumble followed, which again was very tasty. The service was good, the staff friendly and the food was delicious. It's my first time eating here but it won't be my last.

The Lamb continues to impress with an excellent menu and excellent staff. We visited on a Wednesday which is 'Curry Night'. The selection was great with really tasty dishes. Well worth a visit, we are looking to returning soon!! Great service and reasonably priced. Def worth a trip.
