This place is a joke, ALWAYS min. time of waiting with child is extremaly long, doctors movements are 0.2% of normal speed, litteraly, on my own eyes, doctor spend 35 minutes on checking temperature and wearing gloves for one child... this is where increased inshurance is going....

On the top of it, whole hospital is dirty and unorginized...

Very disappointed, should have been seen in maternity department due to being pregnant but was told they would not see me as I was registered at a different hospital for my pregnancy. Hillingdon is my local hospital so this is where I would be going at 4am in the morning. Was told maternity HCO would come over and see me in A&E but this did not happen either. Have since had to go to into central London to another hospital to be checked properly. The state of the hospital is also very bad. The A&E waiting area was disgusting, masks, left over food and items scattered everywhere. Clearly no cleaning is carried out. Sheets are not put on the beds or even cleaned after different patients use them so chance of infection from other patients would be very high. Very poor.

Was brought in by an Ambulance bleeding from a serious head injury and was told to wait in the waiting room as "I wasn’t unconscious and there were no beds".. I could barely stand let alone walk I had a serious concussion and open wounds on my head. I was then seen by a nurse who took my blood and left my wounds as they were didn’t even clean up the blood. After about 2 hours of me nearly passing my out I was called into a room and interviewed by a doctor. Yes INTERVIEWED as if I didn’t have a possibly life threatening head injury. I could barely talk and had to remind the doctor my wounds still have not be taken care of where he replied I’ll get a nurse for you. Another 2 hours of waiting they found me passed put in the waiting room and tried to wake me as if i was taking a nap. When they realised i was delirious they called for a wheelchair and wheeled me to get my wounds taken care off. A clearly under qualified nurse just wiped my dried blood and put glue on top, no stitches, nothing, didn’t even try to reduce the size of the scar by holding the scar together just put glue on top of the wound. After a long awaited CT scan I was told no internal bleed Thank god because if there had been with their negligence I would be dead. I am now left with a gaping scar double the size it should’ve been if treated correctly. Stay away from this hospital if you can and If emergency services take you here make sure you have someone with you that will put pressure on these under qualified negligent staff.

Urgent treatment center desperately needs more staff. I tripped while laying flooring and cut the top of my knuckle off. My only worry was the small vein I severed on top of my finger. After an hour and a half of consistent pressure on the wound the vein closed. Anytime I bend the finger it opens again. Ended up leaving a&e and decided to go get butterfly stitches and sealed the wound myself and splinted the finger to prevent it bending. Will see how it goes in a week or two. This wound needed stitches but a 7 hour wait to be seen is ridiculous with a deep cut. In the time I was there not one single person got called by staff. People had been there all day and still not been called. Desperately need more staff.

I stayed here at this hospital for about a week. From the 21st of September to the 29th 2022 and it was mostly fine. Not a bad experience. I had to wait to get my angiogram at another hospital. Most nurses and doctors were professional and helpful. I'm glad I'm fine and out of that bad experience with my health. 4 stars out of 5 is well deserved in my opinion.

I recently visited twice the Urgent Care Treatment Centre for accessing the healing process of a wound on my neck as well as the gradual removal of sutures, after an operation. Overall the experience was positive. More particularly, kudos to Mrs Helen Solomon the nurse who attended my case. She demonstrated empathy, adaptability and flexibility as well as a thorough knowledge of her field of expertise.

Clients who attend such centers are usually distraught by physical symptoms. Hence overall a more empathetic approach on behalf of the staff, medical and administrative alike, would work wonders in that environment on both sides. I would urge management to look into the matter as this would improve greatly the service provided by the Totally Urgent Care company that runs these centers.

I’d give 0 if i could. Kennedy ward. I get the nurses are stressed out. But you’re dealing with someones life here. My dad is 70 years old, he weighs 45kg and cannot eat or drink anything. Can someone tell me why this man was discharged WRONGFULLY when he could BARELY walk. Barely stand. Passed out in my car on the way home? But they discharged him on the basis he was able to drink water for 3 hours and opened his bowels, and so was deemed “medically fit” for discharge? Please do not send your elderly loved ones here. They’re sent there to simply die. If anything happens to my dad for wrongfully discharging him constantly, I will 100% be filing a strong medical negligence lawsuit. Disgusting level of care, treatment and diagnosis.

I'm really disappointed. Blood test unit moved to first floor, but there is no accurate way showing where to go properly. On the main floor, near reception, you should go right to the end, then near the daycare area, stairs up near Mcmillan, and then left straight to purple Bay.
There is also a way through the cardiology unit, but it's not open until 8 am.
!!!!! The better option is to go to the A&E unit, straight behind it, and stairs up on the right, then left to purple area.
The hospital still requires masks and hands sanitised, everything clean but no adequate staff to help.
