Proved that I was a patient here and still had to pay the £40 fine I was given.
Clearer signs and friendlier receptionists, that remind you to register your vehicle on your first visit, would be very much appreciated.
When you’re nervously looking around for a sign on where to go (which I couldn’t find anyway as I had to go to the receptionists), most people tend to miss small writing telling them to register their car.

p.s. maybe display your signs correctly and increase the size and visibility of the red writing, not that people read all 500 signs saying different things as they drive in.

This hospital & its staff have consistently offered less than minimal input and therapeutic pathways for our son with cerebral palsy. It is either critically under-resourced or negligently mismanaged - or a lethal combination of the two. If your child requires physical therapy you will need to supplement with private therapy - do not accept misleading reassurances that "they are doing everything that needs to be done."

Was not warned about the Parking Eye they have there. Parked my car in what I thought was a patients car park. They said the signs were there but I could not see any signs. First visit to this place, no directions from the road, so I drove past the place, and eventually arrived there and parked my car. Next thing I know a letter from Parking Eye fine for £70. this is diabolical for a hospital. Why do they do this to patients. No warning from the hospital before I arrived ,nothing. Fuming.

I live in Pembrokeshire and came overnight to visit cardiff , I couldn’t cope with pain from my wisdom tooth, I phoned a few dentist who couldn’t help but This hospital is incredible and truly kind, I needed help due to being in agony with a wisdom tooth that needed extracting and St David’s Hospital so genuinely kindly took me in and helped me, I believe they are divine intervention… I can’t express enough how much you helped me x
Kind regards

I called yesterday because my brother was in agony, and they treated him this morning with compassion and professionalism.

Call handling skills, if they answer are rubbish, especially in the children's department and you want to speak to Dr Pickard or her secretary.

Just wanted to say to the amazingly lovely dentist and dental nurse who treated me the other Sunday. The dental nurse was incredibly lovely, kind and compassionate and put me at ease, she was like a guardian angel. The dentist was equally lovely and caring and he was also so funny to boot. Thank you both so much and to all the staff at St Davids emergency dental hospital 🏥 you're the best

parked in disabled bay for literally a few minutes until i realised, dashed out, warden given me a ticket!....lots of spaces in disabled bay, i know i should not have parked there, but was in a complete rush. I tried to reason with the warden, but only to be told there was nothing he could do!!!....literally minutes.!...be warned.
