Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent customer service by Tim and his colleagues. And no pushy sales.

Tried to book MOT plus service on phone after reminder email, but they didn't answer, so booked online for 8.30am today - Got up early (!) drove over there through morning traffic, plus wife followed in other car, only to find it wasn't booked in. Not good service! Now looking for somewhere else.

Took car in for a part to be replaced. Waited an hour and a half then was told they had ordered the wrong part so would need to wait for the new one before they could do anything. They don't know when they will get the new part so I just have to wait and see, could be a day, could be a month.

Was told they had 'washed the car' so my trip wasn't a waste, which was a bit of a joke. The back window wasn't even clean so they hadn't managed to do that right either.

Holden’s have always given me first class service both with my purchases and servicing my cars. The staff are a credit to the company and themselves

I purchased my car three years a go and got four free services. I received a reminder by text message in September informing me that my service was due but I was so busy with moving home that I didn’t get round to it straight away. When I phoned to book in for my fourth service, I was told that my service was due in September and that I only had one months grace to have it, even though nothing had been stated in the message. I was also not made aware that services had an expiry when I purchased the car. I feel very let down and like I have been mis-sold. I was considering purchasing a newer model in the near future, but will now think twice before dealing with this company again.

Salesman was polite and very helpful and had a laugh with as picked up my new car and showroom was clean antidy and socially distanced can't fault my experience

Absolute shambles, was booked in for a test drive on a Honda Civic diesel on a Thursday, only to be told an hour before leaving that the car had been sold the day before from a buyer who test drove that car 2 weeks ago.

Was absolutely in love with the car and was willing to place a deposit down that day, there seems to be zero communication between staff on who has sold what, and some of the staff are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met.

When they tried to resolve the issue I was shown a lovely petrol version of the civic I was going to buy but It was a £1000 more than the diesel that had been sold.

The general manager refused to budge over £400 for a sale of £15,990 which meant I had taken out a loan, brought my car in for a part exchange, all for a lovely diesel civic (that I could have afforded that day within my budget) only to be messed around and been given a shocking appraisal on my car and the rubbish lowered price of the petrol civic (which had scuff damage on the spoiler and front trim and was only 2 years old)

A complete waste of my time, a waste of arranging a meeting as the car was sold off and nobody had moved it off the lot. And one completely gutted NHS worker.

Also good luck parking there when it’s busy…

Best customer service ever I bought my Honda Civic online from another Honda dealership in Grimsby terrible customer service!! But Holden Honda have restored my faith in the Honda brand the whole team at Holden Honda are fantastic , I wish I had bought my car from Holden but unfortunately when I was looking there were only 2 civic turbo sport autos 21 plate in grey in the whole country . I will certainly have my car serviced at Holden 5 star service thanks.
