As I live in the midlands, I couldn't just pop round to view my prospective purchase, so I asked for videos and some pictures to be emailed. My contact at Wimbledon Park Honda was Jai who could not have been more helpful, he clearly has a genuine interest in making sure the customer gets the right deal and sent me all the information I needed to help me with my decision. I had looked at other similar cars and this one was the best around for the price and I found the test drive and sales experience an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend Wimbledon Park Honda for their friendly no pressure approach and their honesty in all my dealings with them.

I bought my first Honda bike here. Rob Reynolds, the sales manager, truly did everything so that my experience was great. He made sure I understood all the details in the paperwork, explained the options and was not insisting or putting any pressure on me. He arranged the bike really quick and in about a week from the first visit I was on my new two wheels.

They take your deposit, then they say the remaining balance can be fully paid by credit card. But they don’t tell you which one is accepted!!!
After one week through this sell process, they make me come to the store to tell me we don’t accept Amex card.
Why is it so hard to give the right information?

Called regarding a driverside tail light. Explained I've been ordering online and seems like I've been receiving parts from Europe which has missing components as the sides are swapped over (as they drive on opposite side there). I asked him to confirm the components of the drivers side tail light cluster I'm ordering and he says there's no way to know until it arrives. Asked about return policy as they wanted payment immediately over the phone before order. Told no refund regardless. I explaine again what I've been faced with and asked what happen we find ourselves in a similar predicament. Proceeds to tell me to go order somewhere else as unhelpful as can be and seemingly deliberately playing oblivious to concern. Adamant that there's no way to confirm the components of the light cluster and I get what I'm given but when I called the chiswick branch they confirmed for me with no problem and confirmed that if there is any such issue they will find a way to sort it.

If this is how the Wimbledon branch behave they should throw the whole dealership in the bin. Terrible

Cláudia, Geanine and the rest of the team at Wimbledon Park Honda have been great ! Very approachable and accommodating. I was extremely anxious about the whole process ( motability ) but Cláudia and her team made the handover process so simple and completed all the paperwork. After the handover, Cláudia even went on a car ride with me to ensure I have a smooth transition from driving a Honda jazz to the Honda jazz crossstar. If I ever have any questions/queries at all , the
Knowledgable team at Wimbledon Park Honda are always at the other end of the phone. A very happy customer.

Really shocked and disappointed . Bought a car from here 2 weeks or so ago and thought everything was going well. Car arrived with multiple chunks out of the tyres - to the point they have cracks inside the chunks missing (I have all the images) and the headlight hanging out where it’s very clearly been hit and someone had done a very bad job at respraying and trying to cover it up (this should’ve been a write off!) Bolts missing so they even secured inside, (Would’ve failed MOT!?) and Massive scuffs up the back of the car and plastic looks like a cheese grater had gotten to it! No one notified me about any of these marks on the car… was sold it being good condition and it was very far from it. The list could go on and on of issues with the car! To make it even better none of the colleagues had an apology for me when my partner called to notify them and in fact all of them had a bad attitude , and first thing they said was “well it’s in your possession now”… they wouldn’t even pick the car up forcing my partner to drive a 4 hour round trip the next day to return the car (even though they delivered it to me). Working in customer service myself this really shocked me. They say that the cars are checked before being sold but this either isn’t the case or they need to hire someone else to do the job! I’m never one to write negative reviews but please stay away from this garage! I’ve given it 2 weeks but still not heard anything from them since! … not even looking for an apology now just want to warn others.
