Honda Chesterfield

I have just completed the purchase of my new car from Honda and I feel I must comment on the experience. As I was only vaguely interested in changing my car I was pleasantly surprised by extremely friendly and willing attitude of Ty the sales consultant. After a brief discussion Ty found what turned out to be the perfect fit, and at a very good price. That was it, I could not resist the temptation.
All in all a very good experience. I must say Ty was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, and I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

I have recently purchased my Honda Jazz Ex from this store and what a pleasant experience all around - Dan Rose was so knowledgeable and put me right at ease during the test drive, which I was really nervous about.  There were no pushy sales tactics and I was not made to feel under any pressure at any time, which I really appreciated. Both Dan and Ty (who sorted my finance) were genuine, friendly and welcoming at all times.  The whole process was quick and efficient and I absolutely love my new car, it's amazing!!  Thank you so much to Dan, Ty and the rest of the friendly and professional team at Stoneacre for all your help and fantastic customer service.

Last Monday we collected our new Honda car which is leased under the Motability scheme. Daniel Rose was our salesperson. His whole manner was really exceptional. He has a very knowledgeable and personable manner. His relationship with customers was first class. Also he has a lovely personality and is very customer- friendly. We were delighted by the whole experience.

The moment you step foot into the Honda Chesterfield Branch you feel completely welcome. All the staff are attentive and friendly. Ty has been absolutely fantastic from the get go. From identifying the needs for our family & picking out the perfect car for us. I cannot recommend enough. Ty - thanks again for your impeccable customer service - we will return when we are ready for an upgrade - but it wont be for a while - WE LOVE THIS CAR!!!

On a rainy Saturday morning we visited the dealership and found a lovely car had a great offer on our car together with a few extras! Dan the salesman was very knowledgeable and did a stirling job of teaching the boss how to drive an automatic car, I would be happy to recommend the dealership to friends and family.

Just perched a Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo form Honda Chesterfield.
The staff were all absolutely brilliant all very friendly and so helpful. We were delt with by Ty one of the team his knowledge about the vehicle was very impressive and very appreciated. It was such a pleasant experience to be able to go into a car dealership and not get pressured by salesman and just talk to someone about a car with so much product knowledge as Ty.
The branch manager was really friendly and helpful as well.
Would recommend to anybody thinking about buying a Honda.
