At first I thought John banks honda was a great place to work and after 1 month that changed and and wouldn't recommend working there. The conditions you work in are not great the facilities are not good when it comes to doing your job and the agency staff I was working with was rude and racist and was not a nice environment to work in. And the pay was not that great.

Bought a refurbed car from them. The car was around 6 years old, and they performed a "Honda Quality Check" before delivering it to me.

Within a week the battery went flat.

Rear brakes were started squealing after a month and when I went to use my complimentary service a year later, the team didn't highlight that my brakes were terribly worn down. It was only after sending it to a local garage that I found out that my discs had lipped.

I wonder what they checked for when performing their quality check...

I recently visited as I wanted to purchase a car that would be more fuel efficient. I was met by Paul and he talked me through the Honda Jazz and gave me a great price for my car. I have dealt with Paul for many years and the service I receive is second to none.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, I finally picked up my new Jazz on Saturday and absolutely love it.

After speaking to Paul Collins, the friendly, helpful salesman at John Banks, I decided to buy a Honda Jazz. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery of the car, but Paul was always on hand to answer any questions when I went in, and to show me once again, everything the Jazz had to offer. I collected the car this week, and after talking me through different functions, Paul suggested I call back in a couple of weeks to go through anything I wasn’t sure about. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
