We recently bought a new car from Trident Honda. From our first visit we were looked after by Lee Waddington who was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable right from the start. Lee carefully explained the merits of different models but without any pressure to go for a particular option. Lee was a great help in the whole buying process and we really valued his help and expertise. The finance was readily sorted and the car delivered as promised. Overall a highly successful venture.

My wife and I had decided to replace our car with an automatic, and we had been looking at the Honda Jazz. We wanted the opportunity to sit in one to see if my wife could find a comfortable driving position, where she could reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel. We stopped in at Trident Honda and were greeted by Mark and Mike. We asked if they had a used Jazz that we might sit in and gave an indication of our budget. “No problem, I think we have just the thing” they said. Although I hadn’t been specific in our requirements, when the car arrived, it really was just what we had been looking for, right colour, right interior, right model/spec, right mileage and right price. While I looked around it Mike helped my wife find a comfortable driving position and we quickly moved from just wanting to try it to wanting to buy it.
I was keen to get my deposit paid but Mike insisted that we should take it for a test drive to make sure it was really what we wanted. The test drive confirmed it was what we were looking for so we set about purchasing it. Although our old car was 18 years old they did offer us something in part exchange and the new car came with a 1 year Honda Extended Warranty, which includes AA cover.
When we came to collect the car the following week Mike made the handover paperwork painless and then sat with me in the car to explain its basic operation.
We are so pleased that we stopped in at Trident Honda, where we have received a friendly and professional service that made changing cars an enjoyable experience.

Delighted with a very low mileage approved used car from Trident Honda. Although living a long distance away and not being able to see the car other than on a video , the car was accurately described and the purchase went very smoothly with the help of Mike Emery who was professional at all times and answered all my queries with patience and was extremely helpful during the purchase.
