I would give this zero star. I called and booked a test drive for a car for my elderly inlaws. Spoke to a Jake and all confirmed and car available to test drive and purchase. When we arrived we were told
Car was no longer available and had been sold. Offered a car that may be available in April!! This is unacceptable service especially when dealing with customers who are elderly. Disappointed and disgusted with the “don’t care” attitude.

I have been taking my car here for the last 6+ years and have always had excellent service.
They are very good at keeping me informed about the progress of my service and I enjoy the videos I am sent about the service and any work needing done. Helps me gain an understanding of any work needed.
They are fair on price and are willing to do price matching.
My car needed to stay in over night, so they arranged a courtesy car for me, which enabled me to keep my appointments for the following day.
All in all, an excellent service I shall continue to use

Took my old car in after the drive shaft snapped, the inspection included a video of all the problems they found so I could get a second opinion from my car mates. Didn't complain when I left the car in the car park for more than a week while I figured out what to do. Friendly people, good service. Thanks!

Fantastic service. Went the extra mile for me even though what I was asking for was free advuce. Service manager answered my call, made me feel like a very valued customer.

Most of there service products are 50% overpriced compared to rest of market leaders. Overpriced and rip off pricing.

Dan very patiently showed me the controls of my new car this morning. What was exceptional is that I bought this nearly new car privately from someone who was unable to go through things with me. I can now drive the car in the knowledge of the numerous features and with much more confidence. How refreshing to be given such service without going through the usual sales channels and I admire the dedication to brand satisfaction. Thank you so much.

Booked car in for recall on airbag.If you want 5 star treatment, it’s there. My car is a CRV, 2003. Honestly, would have expected run of the mill service, due to the age of the car. The customer service was second to none. From booking it in, to follow up call from Zoe, confirming time and making sure of covid standard’s applied, to myself and car being compliant. It was, just Soo professional, all you would want, but not expect. If I could rate with more stars, I would. I do not work for Honda, I am not in the trade, just, brilliant. Thank you-oh- they also valeted my car!
