Went with my family and he offered us warm drinks and have them seated while I check on the car I am very interested in.

Chris is never pushy and I did not feel any pressure to make a decision on the day itself.

Service was very efficient and in just 1 week I am now the new owner of a Honda civic mk10.

I used Crown Honda to buy an approved used car. Their service is outstanding all through! The staff are amazing and accommodating. They went the extra mile and brought the car I was interested in to my home address for viewing before buying. Very honest, friendly, and professional staff, particularly Paul from sales team and Dave from finance team who dealt with me👍🏻✅. 100% would recommend. Their Honda finance offers reasonable APR.

Regarding new car sales, I've just had a demo of the new Civic from Chris Broad and Franki. Being a long time Honda owner, I know a fair bit about the cars, but they both out-geeked me big time !
Their approach was open and friendly, and they were able to give sufficient time to do the job properly. The walk around and test drive carefully took on board comments and points I had talked about, and they carefully, subtly sold the car without being pushy, and in a friendly manner. For that reason I'll give it 5 stars.

Regarding the servicing side of the business, the dealer is MUCH better than the other Honda dealer operating several sites in Hertfordshire and North London, but it has some way to go before it's worth 5 stars. Some of this is down to the ability of the workshop staff (but this has improved massively in the last 2 years - you know who you are). Some of this is down to the ability of the service staff to share information that Honda is less than open about. Today the service side is a 4 going on 5. Previously it was a 3 to 4.

As always, the warm welcome and good service that I received at Crown Honda Bushey last week was excellent.

I've been dealing with Crown Honda for many years and in my opinion they only seem to get better & better. Very professional in every department. Paul Eyres in the sales department is a great guy, but I can't just single him out, the parts and service personnel are all excellent.
