I've been so well looked after by the chaps at John Banks, no question's a stupid one, they're cheerful and helpful and haven't once talked down to me as a "lady biker". Really appreciate Jak (and James) for taking such good care of me and my new pride and joy, Agatha 🥰 aftercare has been brilliant, Jak even took the time to talk me through my next options as an "automatic only" rider. I'll be back for my upgrade!

Really helpful and made buying my first bike a really positive experience. They constantly kept me updated and helped me out with anything I needed. Delivery of the bike was also spot on and arrived in perfect condition! Would definitely recommend!

Bought a second hand Suzuki Swift from John Banks Honda in Bury St Edmunds today having seen it in there a week or so ago while getting my bike serviced. Damon in sales has gone through the vehicle with me and been very patient as I was getting this as a first car for my daughter. When I first saw the car it has only just arrived and was a bit dirty but picking it up today it has been completely valeted, serviced and has a years warranty. Price was good too as cars like this are hard to find. Damon has been really helpful and would not hesitate to buy from here again.
