Alex Mccathie was a replacement for the initial Sales contact I dealt with and despite having to react quickly to our arrival sorted things out quickly and efficiently so our test drive could go ahead. After the test drive he negotiated the purchase in a professional manner and patiently explained the procedures that the vehicle would go through to prepare for our collection. On the day made sure that the car was prepared properly and took us through the final paperwork in a relaxed manner, and with care to ensure that all the paperwork was accurate and all copies provided.

From start to driving off in my new car, Alex made the whole experience relaxed and easy. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle, financing and add-on products, explaining everything clearly and succinctly.
I never felt under pressure to buy and throughout the process, Alex communicated well by phone and email, always keeping me up to date with developments. Well done.

Offered me a good deal on my old car and upgrading my finance package to my new 208 allure. Mark was extremely helpful and polite and helped me get the best deal available.
On the day I was meant to collect my car I had around a 2 hour delay on collecting my car, however Mark was very apologetic and offered me some courtesy mats and a free valet for my inconvenience. When collecting my car he also helped me set my car up and the Peugeot app. Extremely good service and will go back for my next finance deal.

I was buying a car following an accident when the insurers wrote the car off. I saw the car I wanted at Startin Worcester which was some distance from home. Jack understood my issues and pulled out all the stops to get me mobile again. He kept me informed when a couple of issues were spotted that needed fixing before I could have the car. The actual handover was fantastic and I cannot thank Jack enough for the simplicity of the transaction. Would definitely return to Starting Worcester when I am ready for a new car!

It’s quite a task to decide on a purchase of a used vehicle without seeing it in person and a test drive. Alex’s reassurance gave me the confidence to place a deposit then drive 180 miles for the purchase and I can honestly say that I was not disappointed. The car was as he promised ‘in great condition’.

I am so pleased to be returning to Honda after a six year break with BMW. The Startin dealership is still a pleasure to deal with and salesman Luke Clark handled my changeover without a glitch. He also nursed me through the understanding of the new technology on my HRV which at my age was very helpful.
