The car was booked in and Honda began the work with no questions asked.
Lauren was amazing throughout, organised a car for me to drive while the work was being carried out and kept me up to date throughout the process. Everything was made extremely easy.
I won't hesitate to return in the future.

Nicole was probably the best car salesperson I have come across, nothing was too much trouble, we didn’t feel pressured at all and she spent so much time to make sure that everything was as we wanted and that we were making the right decisions for ourselves rather than for them as a dealership. It was simple little things like calling back when promised, keeping us updated throughout and just the feeling of a personal service .
I’ve had issues with car dealerships in the past which have put me off buying from the. But safe to say this was not the case from Aylesbury Honda and it was all down to Nicole.
I personally wouldn’t buy from anybody else now and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Honda, 1stly buy from Aylesbury Honda and secondly if you want a seamless experience with a personal touch ask specifically for Nicole, you will not be disappointed
Terrible experience.
Drove over 70 miles to test drive their vehicle, was told they couldn’t match the trade-in offered for my vehicle by other Honda dealers, but 2 years free service would be thrown in. Deal was agreed, paid deposit of £1000, signed agreements. Paid in full for the vehicle two days later and booked half a day off work to collect the car the following day.
On the day of collection, I received a call to say a mistake had been made with regards to the 2 years free service, I could however, pay £300 for it instead of their usual price of £400! Asked if original deal could be honoured as I had already paid for the vehicle in full, ‘no’ was the answer. Other option was to accept a full refund, which I opted for as I did not want to purchase a car for over £19,000 from a dealer who cannot keep their word. The manager’s excuse for not honouring the deal was that they would be selling at a loss and the 2 years free service was not advertised when I decided to drive down to view it in the first place? I’m pretty sure that they wouldn’t have refunded my deposit if I had been the one making the mistake! What’s the point of any agreements signed at this dealership?
