Dear sir or madam
I am writing regarding your service that I have Been to I know this is quite late but my cars condition has gone worse. In February 2022 I came to the Honda dealer for a MOT servicing and the most important thing was my break was making a big squeaky nosie all the time when I drove and they advised me to change my break so I did.on the same day I had gotten my car back the nosie was still there and I felt that there was no difference.I then called the company the next day and they gave me a appointment so I went.When I went back they checked my breaks and said everything is fine so when I left the dealer the noise was still there. So I called the next day and they gave me another appointment so I went and the same thing happend. So I called them again and they said to drive 2 to 3 100 miles and then the break will be set and okay. so I drove the miles they had told me to drive and it didn't work the nosie was still there.After that it had been 2 months. I had called them again and they told me they have nothing to do or nothing they can do.They also told me it was okay to drive around with the squeaky nosie and I told her that it disturbed me and other drivers.This was wasting my time and money for no reason as my car was the exact same every time I went. It has not been 6 months and my cars has problems that were never there before.The Honda company is a trusted company and that's why I went there so I get good and better service and i hoped my car would be fixed but it was the complet opposite. I also nearly spent thousands of pounds for a MOT servicing and for fixing my breaks even tho it didn't get fixed.

What I would like from the Honda company is either advise on what I can do next or a compensation or at least some of my money back.I hope to get some legal help from Honda.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Axendis was able to find me a suitable car within hours of speaking to him over the phone and John took car of the paperwork so fast that I was able to collect my new car a couple of days later. Super Impressive! When I went to collect my car, I met them both and they were very delightful. Axendis took his time to show me everything about the car (even setup the radios stations) and John made an effort to meet me. Then they called me after I left to ensure I had a good drive home. After this experience, I am a Honda convert!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m an older lady so not good with technology. Nothing was too much trouble for Anthony who dealt with me. Everything went smoothly and I was treated like a customer that mattered. Well done to Anthony.

At Brayley Honda in Enfield; Anthony Christodoulou was dealing with us. Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. I never thought buying a car will be so easy and we never felt under pressure to complete the deal. The whole experience of purchasing a car was great and I am hoping the rest of our contact will be as good as before. Thank you

Within 3 years brayley honda did not diagnose a fault which then in the 4 year during service they did find the fault but its now outside warrenty and neither the dealer network or Honda UK will take consideration of that and want me to pay a discounted offer of just over £500. Thats disgusting and appalling that Honda do not take customer services seriously.

This was the best experience we have ever had when buying a car. Anthony was outstanding in his care and attention to our needs, ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. He couldn't have done more. Having driven for an hour and a half to visit this dealership, our time could not have been better spent, despite the distance we will certainly return to change our car when the time comes.

I dealt with Anthony at Brayleys, purchasing a new Honda Civic. He made my experience very relaxed and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Also, thumbs up to Andy always gave a good greeting on the forecourt

My Honda Jazz in itself is an excellent car however this was let down with a couple of annoying faults. I asked for the car to be fitted with matts, when I checked them it was very obvious they were very 2nd hand. Another fault I only discovered recently is a dent below the car's rear tail gate not caused by me. This has spoilt an otherwise 30 plus years perfect relationship with Brayley Honda Thames Ditton/ Ewell. The service however remains as good as ever. Post script I had to have a new battery fitted having found out the car had been fitted a sub standard battery from my purchase 4 months ago. My local Thames Ditton Brayley Honda workshop (now permanently closed) sorted it to their usual outstanding standards
