I am writing regarding your service that I have Been to I know this is quite late but my cars condition has gone worse. In February 2022 I came to the Honda dealer for a MOT servicing and the most important thing was my break was making a big squeaky nosie all the time when I drove and they advised me to change my break so I did.on the same day I had gotten my car back the nosie was still there and I felt that there was no difference.I then called the company the next day and they gave me a appointment so I went.When I went back they checked my breaks and said everything is fine so when I left the dealer the noise was still there. So I called the next day and they gave me another appointment so I went and the same thing happend. So I called them again and they said to drive 2 to 3 100 miles and then the break will be set and okay. so I drove the miles they had told me to drive and it didn't work the nosie was still there.After that it had been 2 months. I had called them again and they told me they have nothing to do or nothing they can do.They also told me it was okay to drive around with the squeaky nosie and I told her that it disturbed me and other drivers.This was wasting my time and money for no reason as my car was the exact same every time I went. It has not been 6 months and my cars has problems that were never there before.The Honda company is a trusted company and that's why I went there so I get good and better service and i hoped my car would be fixed but it was the complet opposite. I also nearly spent thousands of pounds for a MOT servicing and for fixing my breaks even tho it didn't get fixed.

What I would like from the Honda company is either advise on what I can do next or a compensation or at least some of my money back.I hope to get some legal help from Honda.
