I saw a used car advertised but it was having work done so not ready to view. Barry took my details and said I could be the first to view. Called the next day to chase viewing, no one got back to me. Called the day after - again no one called back. I called again that day to be advised car was now sold. Would not recommend.

recently bought used jazz sales lady jess was amazing made us feel welcome and even her after sales help was great.will defo keep car serviced here and would recomnend to friends and family.

I try to make appointment for a diagnostic. I spoke with a Lady her name was Debbie. So so so rude it was unbelievable how she finds all excuses to don't make a appointment, (ofcourse I didn't get any) if I have this attitude I would not last in my work for 1 hour,
Shame is someone business who she spoiling.

My Daughter was looking for a second hand car, we came across G&M motors via Auto Trader, we were in Devon and they are in Gravesend, everything was done via telephone etc, and that was it, customer service and a relationship beyond belief, we dealt with Mark in sales and the service was beyond 5 stars, we built up trust in Mark, we had never seen the car only via photos, he kept us informed every step of the way, when we picked the car up we were not disappointed, everything Mark said he would do he delivered on, we can not recommend G&M highly enough.

I did a full service for my vehicle here last winter around Xmas. The service staff failed to pick up and flag wear on the brake pads to tell me they won't last another year of mileage. Now, my car is stranded with brake pads fully worn out and possible damage to the disks. My recommendation is to avoid them at all costs. Expensive and unreliable..

Friendly & helpful Service team, by phone and in-person. Needed an assessment on a family members car for a minor fault, spare part/s now on order via them.

Easy to book vehicle in & enough customer parking/easy to find showroom etc.

I Bought a car Oct 2022. there was a missing car mat. the sales promise will send it back to me. However, after three months pass I havn't receive anythings from them

Absolutely amazing service. Honest, friendly, and polite. Paul dealt with my purchase seamlessly and effortlessly and advised me with regular updates. Cannot thank G&M Motors enough. Great car.
