Dropped into Service Reception with a query about a warning light. Very helpful and quickly investigated and all checked.

Excellent service as always from Howards, kept me informed at every stage of the repair of my car's heater control, and the car was fixed and returned to me in just a few hours. Loan car was provided as usual. I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by the staff at Howards Honda.

Excellent and efficient service from the team. Communication was very good and I appreciated the vehicle health check, which was nicely delivered by a video link, and further explained by Barry on the service reception.

Although we have had a long wait, which was in no way their fault. Howards and particularly Chris Cseri the salesman have been really great. Looking forward to a long ongoing relationship with Howard’s.

Popped into Howard's in Taunton for an annual service this week and got the usual friendly welcome.
All of the team, from service technicians to the sales staff are great and despite living quite a distance away (with other options for car maintenance on my doorstep), it's this that keeps me going back.
I've bought several cars from them over the years and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the sales or service process.
I usually wait for the car to be serviced and while away the time enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

Took car in for service and MOT - kept fully appraised throughout and video of car up and having oil.change - needed new brakes and pads done straight away to save any anxiety as they were 95% worn
Top marks to Callum for help with my booking and also arranging courtesy car and the lovely service engineer I spoke to before going ahead within essentials all very professional and helpful

As I have enjoyed my Honda decided time for an upgrade Chris in sales helped me through the process very knowledgeable and not pushy looking forward to my new car in March !

50K service and MoT all carried out without drama or fuss. Needed a courtesy car and that was supplied, but being winter the side windows were obscured by rain and condensation and I had to wipe these off using my leather, before moving off. Generally all good but attention to the small details like the side windows and mirrors reduced 5 stars to 4.
