Brayley Honda Thames Ditton

Had my first years service for my Honda CRV completed here and the customer service was very good from start to finish Tony Billing and others were very helpful. All done on time and car returned cleaned which was a bonus. No hesitation in recommending Brayley.

My car was in for its annual health check and MOT. It was picked up at 0745, and because I needed it urgently they got it back to me, cleaned with the air conditioning serviced by lunchtime. The delivery driver was out collecting parts, so one of the managers returned my car. v impressive

I've had my Civic serviced here for the last three years or so and it has always been great. However, last Thursday I filled in the online form to book a service and nobody called me back. Tried on Monday and the phone just rang off the hook. I even tried the Sales team. Getting an MOT done was emergency, so have now gone to another Honda dealer. Have they gone bust?

I have been going to Thames Ditton Honda since 2017, never a problem at all. Polite, efficient and super friendly, Tony and his team are fab can’t fault them!! Keep up the good work :) Ewell Honda not the same feel as before :( as the manager left but I still had me as a customer 2020 re- financed my car. But Thames Honda great service department...... I travel 25 miles to get to my car serviced! There is a reason for that and that’s great service and customer care 🙂 🚘 🔧 whoop whoop 🙌🏼

The car service for our CRV last week was excellent. I cannot fault it.
Luke on the front desk is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing what is needed to keep the car in good condition. During the day the service dept. called to provide an update and asked if they should replace slightly smeary wipers. There was no pressure or hard sell. The work was completed on time and the car wash and internal clean was really good and very welcome. I feel I can trust Luke and the Thames Ditton service team and it is always a pleasant experience dropping off and picking up the car. I highly rate Thames Ditton Brayleys.

They report on any important jobs identified during their service and communicate what is required and advise appropriately.
My car almost feels new when they have completed their work.

Tony was excellent and even checked his email and booked me in over the weekend for a service on the Monday. The staff were polite and courteous and serviced my car as quickly as possible whilst I was shopping locally. They let me know of a few minor things that may become issues in a few months and said to bring the car back anytime if I have any concerns.
