Brayley Honda St Albans

I was intrested in the Jazz Hybrid, so Kate and I went to Brayley Honda to have a look over one. While there a sales man named Perry approached me, and without being pushy showed me a few of. the many surprising things the Jazz Hybrid has and can do. Kate and I were then left alone to try and get a feeling for the car. After deciding it was the car was that we wanted, i then approached Perry again and we sat down and discussed all the options open to us.
Perry made us a cup of tea, and left Kate and I to have a chat about what we wanted to do. In the end and under no pressure from Perry, we decided on a nearly new Jazz instead of waiting for a new one. I was very happy with the Trade in price that he gave me for my car, and could not wait to pick up our new one. Perry was very professional and not pushy, which gets my back up. We are very pleased with the car, and if this is an example of the service we will get in the future Look forward to many years with our Honda Jazz. I would recommend Brayley Honda if you are looking for a new car.

Went to book my car in for a MOT and service. Saw Perry who explained the Hybrid Jazz. Talked to Julian the assistant sales manager about the options available in finance and practically and both answered all our questions with respect and knowledge. Left us to think it over in our own time. Gave us the information we asked for. Perry and Julian listened to any concerns we had. Once the order was placed, kept up to date all the time and our emails and calls were answered quickly by Perry. As a result we have bought a Brand new Honda Jazz SR Hybrid. The whole show room is clean and tidy, very bright and airy with all staff available whatever the situation, very friendly and helpful. We have been a customer at Brayley Honda since 2002. Have always found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous whatever the issue.
