Great service, particularly from the staff on the service desk...polite, courteous and helpful, made my wife feel like a valued customer. Would definitely recommend. Just as a side-note the showroom does feel a bit sterile and could do with a bit more atmosphere?

I recently paid to have a well known product installed on my TypeR, unfortunately the installations are sub-contracted out to another firm who unsurprisingly in hindsight, do not have a very good reputation.

After failing to install the product and damaging the cars electronics, they made an attempt to fix their previous mistakes but sadly just ended up killing the car and then promptly pushed me to one side hoping I would go away.

After explaining the situation, Tyrone, Tom and the rest of the team at Horizon Honda Christchurch went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of the information and support I needed to get things put right and to get my car back on the road with as little hassle as possible.

Having dealt with many dealerships in the past, I have have never experienced the amazing level of service that I received from Horizon Honda Christchurch and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Always receive excellent attention and service whenever I visit. Can thoroughly recommend it.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, there's an area where can relax while you wait you can enjoy a coffee or tea with a biscuit which is kindly made for you. I did click and collect ,the sales experience was great, all done on email and a phone call, I dealt with Daniel Worsdell who was extremely helpful. He was prompt and polite on email, I part exchanged my old car by sending the pictures via email. I now have a great Honda civic tourer which I love. I would definitely recommend this firm,thankyou to Daniel from sales and Rebecca from the service department. 10/10.
