Brindley - and Lee the salesperson that supported me - provided an efficient and friendly service from the first enquiry and video tour response, through the test drive to the final handover. Price and trade-in value was all very fair. Lee in particular was very patient whilst I dealt with one or two last minute issues with my own car that I was trading in. Overall, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Lovely, cheerful lady on service reception helped me arrange for my fathers car to be MOT, Serviced with a pick up. Very pleased with the service today.

Recently got my car serviced, still some problems to sort, Can't get an appointment for a month.
Service quality worsened after Covid break
