Friendly and confident service as soon as I walked through the door from the receptionist, and again friendly and professional service from Martin who always remembers me despite being only an annual service customer. I walked round the showroom while waiting and the layout is great, however I was surprised that I wasn't approached by a sales executive as I opened a few doors of cars. Sure I was a service customer, but who knows if I could have been a potential new car buyer. 5 stars still, Mary.

Recently purchased a 2nd hand car from Heritage Honda and couldn't be happier! First of all, being able to reserve online (great for me as I don't live local and didn't want to make wasted journeys)! The communication then from Nathan was superb! He was confident in what they could offer, whilst also being realistic and not pushy! Gave me all the info I could possibly need to make an informed decision. Then the process of ordering was so easy and even helped a lot when it came to picking up my new car! You think going to the main dealer assures you of quality how wrong that is. An mot where they don't tell you about serious advisories. They let you drive away knowing of your journey with an unsafe vehicle shame on you

Would give it a zero rating if it was possible!!!! The service here was absolutely horrible! I ended up going to mazda and buying my car there. Their service is absolutely amazing!

We collected our new car from Edd, he listened to our requirements and did everything he could to get us into the car we wanted, his communication was excellent and there were no pushy salesmanship, we highly recommend the dealership and Edd in particular, we will be back when our other car is due for changing
