Honda - Dobles Coulsdon

Bought a bike during lockdown without seeing or test riding it and had it delivered. Had an issue after having it for a month so Dobles collected it to sort out. Turned out to be damage due to user error (no argument from me, although I was surprised that the damage was caused) and was repaired at a very fair rate with no charge for the collection of the bike from the midlands. I was happy enough to buy a new pair of over-trousers when I went to collect the bike.

Having dealt with used-sales, warranty department, service department and clothing department the only grumble I have is that I wish Dobles was closer to me!

I'm quite disappointed , went to get my bike today after 2 weeks of being repaired, bike looks worse than before, I'm wondering if they check/ try the bike with the new parts on it before releasing to the costumer and not expecting me in having a look to spot the issues, I'm fuming

Parts department at Dobles are fantastic, I've always spoke to Saj, excellent chap and extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Ordered a topbox for my VFR through him. Very reasonably priced.

Amazing deal on a brand new Fireblade put together by Paul Styles and then looked after superbly on the day of collection by Ian for the handover, Rob for the all important gap insurance, a couple of nice accessories from a super helpful Jay in parts and then a tank protector nicely fitted by Nick.
