Didn't likenthr staff seem rude, Didn't evan offer concerling or help.. and was rude to others their in waiting room too.

Great service. Friendly and very informative staff. I don't understand the negative reviews. I feel maybe if you have gone there with a bad attitude maybe you were spoken to a bit differently? Anyway all staff very friendly in my opinion and can't thank them enough.

I found everyone I spoke to at the start helpful I was allowed the home kit - so I could take the tablets at home. This was alot better for me emotionally too. What I didn't expect was the blood loss and the pain. It was horrendous and I've had children so know pain. This wasn't good atall. No one phoned to check in after- which I think they shoud. And a heads up to people on what happens would be better.
