Honestly for the price I cannot fault this place at all. I paid £35 for a single bed, non en suite room. I was massively impressed; the room was very tidy and modern, and had a 50" curved smart TV opposite the bed, as well as tea and coffee making amenities. The bed was very comfy and the shared bathroom was immaculate. The process for arrival and fetching the keys was explained perfectly via text message. Cannot go wrong with a place like this if you're looking for a pub crawl in Boston and live further away than is reasonable to travel by taxi.

Room was nice but advertising said soundproofing, free parking, parking i was not to bothered about was only £2.40 for 24 hours, but wow you could hear every creek and rustle in the place, considering the price i expected better, door constantly banging against the fire extinguisher and it was like someone slamming a door, the ground floor windows couldn't be opened all night while feeling safe and what ever building or grounds are next door had a loud humming into the early hours. Wouldn't recommend. Try one of the bigger chains same price and better satisfaction.

I loved staying there for the night so much! The room was so cosy and beautifully decorated. I have stayed with my partner here and we had our own bathroom, the bed was very comfy and It really is one of the top best hotels I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend and will 100% stay here again!! Thank you so much 😊

Clean room with ensuite bathroom, tv, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Car park for £2.80 a day. Not easy to find but staff very helpful. Overall nice place. I definitely recommend it 😊

Stayed here for the night, staff was very friendly and the bar and beer garden seemed busy and ideal location for the centre of town. The room was very clean and modern and with me only booking a room it was great to see a microwave in the room if needed. The shower was easy to use but the shower gel bottle on the wall seemed bunged up and wouldn't come out. Also might be an idea to let guests know how to get out of the hotel if they are leaving early in the morning as no staff around and where to put the key. I was running in the Boston marathon and panicked a bit that I couldn't get out the hotel to the start and it was just luck that I noticed the door to the beer garden was slightly open so someone had obviously gone out that way before me and I also up ended putting the key through the letter box.

The Room was immaculate, bar was really lively and staff were all good fun and friendly. I can recommend not only the bar but the hotel too. Locals really friendly too.

We went for Sunday lunch. Quite frankly it was the best Sunday lunch u have had out in a very long time. Proper gravy and lots of it food full of flavour and all cooked beautifully. And served HOT. Definitely worth a visit. The space is very nice too. Oh and for money £60 for 4 with drinks ( all soft) and a couple of desserts. Is good value for money
