Quayside Hotel & Bar

Lovely place!!! I can't fault it. I missed the breakfast as I'm leaving very early but to my surprise they left me a delicious take out breakfast in my room. The service is 10/10 the staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming. I also recommend having dinner and cocktails!! they are generous with there portions and it's very tasty and good value for money. I will be visiting again soon

Stayed 2 night wonderful hotel high standard noted throughout the hotel great breakfast on offer and evening meals , great bar large selection off drinks for everyone on offer , rooms very nice high standard noted well worth the stay enjoyable experience there will return

Well disappointed with here. They told us Breakfast was free then when we get there the day after we was asked to pay for Breakfast as we had a cooked breakfast thats what you have to pay for and we wasn't told that when we booked here . We was told we had to leave the room by 10.30. We left at 10.15 am we couldn't give them the Key as the pub was in darkness and the main door was locked so we ended up putting the keys through the letterbox .we'll Dissatisfied they should Stipulate what you have to pay for and what time you have to Leave the room as the sign in the room says different times to what we was told .

The room was quite dated, with uneven floor, and extremely small bathroom. The room was called Deluxe, however it was on the 2nd floor, no lift, and very narrow stairs, so it was really difficult to get to the room with the luggage.
The car park was very tight with limited number of spaces, so I needed to find the space on the street, in the hotel area.
Breakfast was good, and staff nice and polite.

Nice room friendly staff and a lovely breakfast in the morning . Food on the evening was very tasty too .

Booked a table for my girlfriend’s birthday. Booked well in advance.
As she being women you know getting ready for 3-4 hours is usual. 🤦‍♂️ 😑 so exited to meet friends and have a good time.
Turned up at the door. Closed! The hotel/restaurant management decided to close for Christmas eve without letting anyone know their tables are cancelled. Well done 👍
You find the place on Christmas eve which isn’t fully booked.

Lovely bar and hotel in Boston with views over the lock. But not if your room is in the rafters. It would've overlooked the lock if there where any windows! No vegan options for dinner. Fruit for breakfast (I went to the Little Kitchen instead which was lovely with really helpful staff)

Really pleasantly surprised by this place.

The beds are comfortable, and the food is really nice!

Negative point is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the rooms next door.
