My friend checked me in as a guest so we could use the spa. I was impressed with the pool and facilities, we used all the rooms expect the steam room. Everywhere was very clean. The chill out rooms were lovely, especially the one upstairs I could stayed in there for longer taking in the view! We also had lunch at Upper Deck which was really tasty. I asked the waitress for help in my choice and was very pleased! We had a fantastic 'ladies that lunch' day!

We stayed there after our wedding. The room was beautiful with a great view over the harbour. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our highlight was breakfast outside with a great view. Would definitely go there again.

We ate at The Jetty and The Upper Deck during our trip to Mudeford.
The Jetty was enjoyable but the staff didn't ask about allergies and the menu was limited.
The Upper Deck however was outstanding. Firstly, the barman Serge and then our waiter Phil who were both extremely attentive and both asked about allergies. Phil went out of his way to make sure our birthday celebration went well and recommended both food and wine to pair together. Thank you Phil - we were also serviced by a very polite young lady ( petit with dark hair) who I forgot to ask her name. Thank you again.

Our recent 4 night stay, for my wife and myself was truly excellent, from start to finish. It was our first visit, but we cannot wait to return.
The hotel and staff were both amazing. Tom who greated us was very helpful, a real credit to the Hotel. As were other members of staff, like Alexandra on reception, Molly the Waitress and the lady who showed us to our table at Breakfast. The Spa was wonderful. My wife enjoyed her lovely treatment with Tarlia and I had my best massage ever with Amy.
The food in the Upper Deck was outstanding. Looking forward to our return.

Enjoyed a friends birthday party here. The meal was lovely and the staff very friendly and it was an enjoyable evening as l was with friends. However there seemed to be very pushy service charge policy which was not discretionary. Having been sat to my table, we were told that the bar was closed and orders for drinks would be taken at the table. No problem! Gave my order and was asked for payment which l did. When l questioned the price being different from the menu l was told it was a service charge. I wasn't asked , it was just put on the price and sadly l have to say this tarnished what was otherwise a lovely evening. 12.5% service charge is a lot to be demanded

Lovely hotel and spa. The rooms are over I think 4 floors but its relatively small. There is 2 restaurants. We generally stay just for 1 night and use the spa in the afternoon and go to the restaurant for breakfast. They accommodated the fact that we are vegan well and without fuss. The service on the reception desk is always friendly and efficient. We have visited other hotels from the Harbour group but this is the best. Parking is right outside but can get full. There isn't loads to do in Mudford (walking distance) but great for a spa break

We came to the hotel for a Sunday lunch. The soufflé was lovely although my husbands salmon starter was rather small. The roast beef dinner was also lovely but there is an issue with the Yorkshire pudding. It comes huge and very well done and doesn’t taste that great , more like the tin they have been cooked in. Everyone around me returned theirs so it wasn’t just myself. Large is not always the best. Saying that our server was very attentive .

We booked a spa day for 2 and went on a Friday. It was quite busy and the pool, jacuzzi, sauna area is fairly small. My partner mentioned the small ladies changing room was an issue especially with groups of ladies and their stuff all over the place. I didn't really have that problem in the mens changing area. So for that reason we marked this 3 stars, the lunch at the upper deck was impeccable lovely food and great service so we marked that 5 stars, and both treatments were also fantastic so were marked 5 star's. Overall a lovely day thanks very much.
