I liked the kind, helpful welcome at reception. They were ready and willing to help even though we arrived well before checking in time. Also during the stay a guest got locked out from his room, returning from a swim I guess, and was inappropriately dressed and was just walking about nonchalantly, I really appreciated the hotel manager telling him to cover himself properly, as small children were about..THANKS!👍

The Suncliff hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. (Room Harry). My partner and I will definitely come back, we
absolutely loved staying here!
Thank you so much!

The room was decent size however it didn't have mirror and air conditioner. We requested to change another room and they refused saying it would cost £100 to change on top of £700+ for 4 days. Breakfast is the same thing every day. Housekeeping very appalling. She didn't change the sheets for the 4 days in the hotel even with stains. She leaves one toilet roll for a family room and no drinks/milk. Receptionist and hostess were friendly.

Room was ok but the extra bed was broken I asked them to replace it. reception were great and helpful but the person who came up later to replace the bed was so rude and seemed to be very angry. The pool is quite nice and the sauna good.
At night the rooms definitely need sound proofing the late night music you can here to well from your room

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, the pictures are nothing like the reality, the website makes it look really nice, but these pics were obviously taken of rooms that had been renovated, ours definitely had not!
The bed was horrible, clearly many years old and slopped to one side, me and my partner had a terrible night's sleep, the TV in the room was broken so we couldn't watch that, the kids bedroom had a massive wardrobe wedged behind the door that meant we couldn't open the door fully, this has to be a fire hazard!

The room was half painted and covered in cracks and stains. For some reason the door frame had been half glossed, it just made the whole place look and feel really shabby, I Dont belive any form of cleaning had been done, the TV remote had clearly never been cleaned as the amount of skin cells on it was grim, there were finger marks across all the cupboards so nothing had been cleaned, mould and staining on the bathroom tiles and a ripped and thread bare carpet.

We asked to move rooms but we're told they were full.

We were unable to park at any point during our stay as the car park was always full, we had to park on the roads and get up early to get parking tickets, which ruined any chance of a lay in as well as lugging around heavy baggage.

Breakfast was poor at best, the scrambled eggs stank of fish, it all felt very cheap and not quality you would expect for over £230 a night! I wasn't expecting the ritz, but basic cleanliness at least! I honestly wish I had gone to a travel lodge as it would have been way cheaper and you know what you are getting there, we went for this hotel as a nice place to stay for the weekend, we were very very wrong!

The rooms are very clean and tidy.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the only down side is the distance to Bournemouth town centre especially if you have mobility issues. There is a bus stop nearby but the buses are hourly with a three hour break from 11:35 to 14:35
And 14:35 to 17:35
