Innkeeper's Collection St Albans

Very friendly staff, room a bit basic, but extras supplied if I requested.
Comfortable bed, fluffy towels.
Will return.

Ive stayed here several times and it has always been good. This last time was excellent. The staff, especially a chap called Martin, looked after us so well. Dinner was really very good indeed, the beer was almost as good as a pint from the North and the rooms clean, cosy and comfortable. Thank you.

Breakfast somewhat restricted as purely one choice from menu. Extras charged. Whilst quality of food provided was good, it prevented buffet choice.

Good food and great staff. Room (9) quite small but value for money and away from road so very quiet.

Very comfortable rooms, with good en suite. Had everything I needed and had a good night's sleep.
Check-in could have been quicker, but I'm being picky. Staff friendly and very helpful.
Would definitely stay again.
