Went as part of a group as we'd heard good things about the place. Unfortunately the only thing that let it down was to do with the food. We were 11 of us and 5 ordered the Crab Linguine as a main course. I remarked as we were ordering that I hope that the chef has enough crab to make 5 of this dish..... as it turned out I don't think he did have enough as there was a miniscule amount of flakes in it but the overriding problem was that the chef had either overcooked this or left the dishes too long under the heat lamp resulting in the dish being one lump of mushy linguine with the cream having vanished along with the crab.
The manager was very understanding and removed the cost of these 5 dishes from the bill but I would like to have been a fly in the kitchen when he next met up with the chef.

Didn't stop over but enjoyed the bar and menu... Very dog friendly, and provided the best dog beds for my two greyhounds. Service was excellent, the food was delicious and a good beer

Good. Could do with key box by exit. Ended up leaving key in room. As the place is like a maze. (no time to wonder aimlessly in morning looking for reception.) but great location.

Just one of the best.....classic,faultless,food,staff,atmosphere,location. I dont want to gush too much in case it becomes so popular, that I wont be able to book a table!

Very smart with excellent front of house waiters, all female. Delicious food, a challenge to all hotels and restaurants in the area.

Bang in the centre of Stockbridge and recently refurbished, the experience was interesting. Food is good, but prices are at a premium. Service staff are still learning but I'm sure they will be brilliant in a few weeks.

Food good but not amazing - quite disappointing for such a high price. Crab croquettes were very tasty! Burger was really good, steak was average, tiramisu was a big no no.

Restaurant is way too pricey.
