We had a great stay here, the only issue was there aren't a lot of parking spaces here, there is a car park a four minute walk away which is ok, the only other issue was we got a premier Inn plus room but there was no chocolate! (No not really a problem) it's very handy for a short drive to Windermere,BUT I have to give a shout out to Steve/Steven who was on reception, he was really friendly and welcoming 👍👍😊

Rooms were good. We paid for premier which was worth the money but the free ultimate WiFi didn't work. The food in the restaurant both breakfast and evening meal was very poor. Would not recommend. Waste of money

Can't open bedroom windows, even though they have installed an air-con type system that is only useful for when you want the room to be warm after getting out of the shower. Breakfast is definitely worth paying for all you can eat, great range of choice.

Tv didn’t work properly, bed squeaked with each move we made, staff in the restaurant have no hospitality skills and didn’t make us feel welcome, food was bog standard at best, worst breakfast I have ever had in a premier inn. Would not stay again and would not recommend
Cleaning staff however could not be more helpful, only staff to say good morning or acknowledge us

Enjoyed our stay here hosted by the friendliest team I've ever met in a premier Inn! Fantastic location too

Reasonable rooms. Not many channels on their TV. Dining room OK, tasty food, not the biggest portions though. £5 to park there overnight; understandable as it is only short walk to town centre

+ Great room - comfy bed, good shower spotlessly clean, good coffee. - Breakfast felt like it was cooked an hour before - a letdown.

Friendly helpful staff Car park entrance a little tricky to find but once visited will be ok in future. Parking chargeable but fairly priced Not the cheapest premier inn around
