My husband & I stayed for one night & we really enjoyed the hotel. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite an the club floor which was fantastic. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We highly recommend this hotel as it’s a very centrally located in London.

Great location, comfortable rooms and a very nice private park across the street that the hotel offers acess to. The hotel is beautifully kept and the restaurants on property were both very good. Shopping is a couple blocks walk as are an assortment of restaurants. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the last 25 years and im consistently satisfied with its location, posh accommodations and features and benefits of Hyatt membership. For example I received a late check out till 4 PM which is very generous and also had free access to the delicious and diverse buffet breakfast. The hotel is a little weathered from its years but they keep the lobby a very nice in the service is excellent from the bellmen to reception, Housekeeping and restaurant staff. Concierge help me get tickets to cabaret and also set up a appointment for a haircut for me. It was a very busy time at the hotel but they managed to really keep up all the services and housekeeping worked with my schedule in terms of the cleaning routine.

I stayed at churchill more than twice this year, one time we booked through a hotel booking site & asked for a view of the garden & paid then they gave us a room with a view of machinery, my mother asked them why & they said it was because we booked through a third party not from the hotel itself. This time i decided to extend my stay there and i had already paid for a deposit (500) so i went to the reception & they were going to charge me for 4 nights (824 per night) then asked for more than that i asked why they said it’s for a deposit, mind you it was the same room yet they wanted another deposit and insisted on it, i paid because that was the only thing i could do. When i checked out i asked for a detailed invoice and something was miscalculated when i asked they said the used the first deposit ( which i paid in cash because i wanted it back as cash) as payment for the extended stay, then why did they take another deposit?? And why use it as payment it’s a deposit! They said the system sees it as money it doesn’t know it’s a deposit. What in the world does that mean that shouldn’t happen & they were not willing to admit it was their mistake! Also when i told them about wanting to extend my stay they first told me they would charge me 4,000 and something pounds ( 4 nights = 3,352 + deposit( which i already paid but they wanted another ) = 3,852) so why 4,000 ??
This year was full of experiences like this not like previous years. My relatives and i always stay at this hotel but things changed in that hotel. We are tired of always having to argue. I hope they keep their reception staff in check, always ask for detailed invoices and triple check everything!

Breakfast is average and hectic, service above average, club with limited food options, but nice beverages. Location is indeed great and the main aspect somewhat justifying the $500+ nightly price tag. The rest as you’d expect from a Hyatt Regency.

Stayed here for a week and had a great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size, very comfortable, great balcony.
Breakfast was very good. Lounge food was great in the afternoons - not a lot of food, but they serve small hot food appetizers to your table.

Good hotel in a wonderful location. It could use a little bit of an update but generally very well kept and nice friendly staff. Very much catering to their key clientele from the Middle East and the food options reflect this.

Only went to use the beautiful bar and savour a cigar at the Churchill Bar & Terrace on a busy Friday evening.

The elongated bar was stunning and tranquil, served with a smile and polite conversation by the delightful Mimi.

Then the wondrous Churchill Bar & Terrace, complete with a life-sized statue with the infamous cigar smoker Winston Churchill seated, was a joy to visit.

Heaters, blankets to cope with the traditional nippy English winter, excellent service by a personable Greek waiter and the sumptuous aroma of a range of cigars as well as my prized Cubans.

A real find, with a remarkable selection of quite unique cocktails that include many of the former British PM, make this a real treasure.
