The spa itself is beautiful and such a peaceful, clean and tranquil place. I had a wonderful back massage and facial. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing.
Unfortunately service at lunchtime was very slow and the food arrived the same time as our drinks. We were also left waiting frequently.
Breakfast was delicious, hot food is not buffet, you are served
A lot of cobwebs on the chairs and tables outside and including on the window/balcony so little attention to detail with the cleaning.
Dinner was lovely however slight issue with one of our dessert which was rectified quickly and professionally.
Deckchairs outside were okay, cushioned would have been more comfortable.
Overall a pleasant stay.

Lovely spa hotel set in the most amazing landscape / gardens short distance from the coast.
Our room was spacious with beautiful views of gardens & a lake. Only downside was the room had no a/c and did get very hot but a fan was available & we could open the large balcony door.
Staff were all super helpful & friendly throughout our stay. Facilities are great - although the spa does get quite busy, the pool was nice & relaxing.
The massage / facial treatments were very good, the therapists were professional, friendly & treatment areas were really tranquil.
We had dinner, breakfast & drinks during our stay - food was delicious, lots of choice at breakfast & dinner, great cocktails too!

I took my mum for a spa day with afternoon tea for her birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The spa facilities were exceptional and the food was amazing!! All staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. Spa was not overcrowded at all, was so relaxing and our treatments were incredible. The location is beautiful, walking around the gardens was its own natural spa!! So peaceful. Christina gave me a full body massage and she gave me amazing advice for aftercare and looking after my aching back. Our entire experience was more than we could have asked for. Lifehouse restaurant even made my mum a happy birthday dessert plate at no extra cost! Thank you for making our day so special. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!!! Do not hesitate to book Lifehouse Spa & Hotel.

Really good night's stay away with good, clean spa facilities. Our room was very clean, for notes in warm weather there isn't AC in room but a fan is provided along with a balcony door to open.

Restaurant service prompt & passionate for dinner, breakfast very nice. I would note vegetarian mains need to be expended. A simple yet delicious cauliflower curry was my choice between that and stuffed pepper as a main. Would recommend a review of this veggie offering.

To note there is a bank of EV chargers to use on site, parking aplenty.

I was treated to an overnight stay for my birthday and had a lovely time. Staff had left a card in our room which was a lovely touch. Spa facilities were fantastic however on our first day it was overcrowded. Food was amazing but not the type of place to go if you’re a burger and chips kind of person as food was Italian. Extensive drinks menu, although slightly pricey. Rooms very hot, could definitely do with A/C but clean and well kept. Id suggest taking your own toilet roll 🫣 shockingly poor quality which literally falls apart in your hand! Fresh robes, towels and slippers supplied. All in all faultless and recommended.

Just got back from an overnight stay at the Lifehouse. Had such a wonderful time. We arrived before check in to use the facilities and was given a locker. In the afternoon we moved to the restaurant for afternoon tea which was fab. The staff were so attentive and nice to talk to. Followed by a spa treatment which was also lovely. The evening meal was so nice and there was a lot of choice. Drinks reasonable price also. Would definitely recommend and we will be back soon !

Nice location, staff really really good 10/10 guys, warm, welcoming, genuine. As with any hotel attention to detail could be better maintenance wise. Light not working in bedroom, spa looked tired- tiles missing in steam room, around pool could've been cleaner. Not the cheapest, apart from the staff not sure if it was true value for money. A good stay but not likely to be back.

Have visited quite a few times over the years. Never disappoints, the swimming pool, sauna, and steam inhalation room are always clean. They also have a plunge pool if fancy a freezing cold dip. The rooms are decent, could maybe do with a little updating but they're clean and beds are comfortable The breakfast and lunch are always good quality, lots of variation. My partner and I both had a full body massage, which was amazing. If you'd like a meal out in the evening instead of dining in the restaurant at Lifehouse, there's a few lovely little pubs nearby.
