There were some black mould in the otherwise clean bathroom. The room was basic, small and some of the furniture was in bad shape (one of the chair's literally fallen apart in our hands), but clean. The breakfast was simple, adequate. The staff was very friendly. A room was 75£ per day, which is not too bad for London, but insanely expensive in the real world for such a service. Great location though, 400m away from Wimbledon station.

I stayed in a single room for one night and although the room was small it was more than enough space. The bed was comfortable and coffee and tea making in room. The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower that was hot and powerful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Could not fault it at all.

My room, 7, is small but has everything I need. The rooms in this hotel are not particularly quiet. Do not stay in 12 or 15, these rooms are next to Reception and Cafe and you can hear talking all day and night long. 15 has bath, no shower. The mattress in 7 is a bit squidgy. I have a bad back and struggled to sleep all night without waking to find a comfortable position. The rooms are warm. The light from the corridors shine under the bedroom door and also make it difficult to sleep. The lady in Lu-Ma cafe is lovely and friendly however, the reception staff could be more welcoming. I stayed for three nights and I am not entirely sure that I have heard good morning or evening once as I have passed reception. In essence it acts like a comfortable hostel than a hotel/bed and breakfast. I would stay again, and in fact I am staying again, soon, but because it is well placed for Datix headquarters where I am currently on a training course. Lu-Ma Cafe attached to the hotel is lovely. It offers organic, fresh and gluten free food, except supper which is a great shame.

The room was really nice. I've enjoyed every single minute I was at the hotel, which includes 2 evenings from starting from 7. It's clean, comfy and I recommend it to everyone. :)

Excellent hotel. The room was very clean with a lovely on-suite bathroom. There is on site parking which is free and although spaces were limited there wasn't a problem. Wimbledon centre is a short walk away. There is an on site restaurant which is vegan (or vegetarian) which I didn't try as it closes at about 4:00 pm.

Fabulous family hotel, fantastic location and very friendly staff. Rooms clean, nothing fancy but at very competitive price. Extraordinary cafe with organic food and perfect brewed coffee It’s vegan friendly and serves lunch too From my experience this is one of the best dishes lace to stay in Wimbledon especially for budget bookings Recommended

I was woken up at 4.00am for a wake up call. Wrong room. That should not happen. I had arrived from a very long trip and then couldn't get back to sleep. The second night there was a huge amount of noise from Reception which is next to my pokey room. The dirty towel I had left on the floor was picked up and just hanged up as if clean. The bed unmade, just the duvet pulled up a bit. I am very dissastified in this third stay here. It's not as if it is a cheap hotel.
