Lovely room, however there were some bits of DIY needed.
Lovely food, but pricey.
Comfortable bed and air conditioning in the room, very good for the very hot days we stayed. Pool, sauna, steam room all working.

I was genuinely impressed with this holiday Inn. The room was spacious and nice and clean as is expected really.

The bar and restaurant though was really nice, reasonable price for a drink and a meal and it was really tasty. You can select any allergies to show you what is available.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the spa and pool looked really good but we didn't get chance to try it as we were restricted on time due to a family wedding.

With 3 grandchildren and two dogs we were exhausted arriving but checking was simple and painless. All the information we needed was given at this point. Staff greeting and help was first rate. Rooms excellent size, bed very comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms which was a real help. Bar area was comfortable staff very helpful especially as we had to order food from the restaurant to be brought into the bar area (two dogs you see). Nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel was fine, but I found the service lacking. Room was reasonable but I couldn't leave the window open due to the noise from the duel carriageway. I was disappointed to be woken by a maid wanting to clean my room at 08:30 (I had not got in until 01:30) breakfast was fine but the fried eggs were left in a pan of oil. My main disappointment was with the service. I accidentally left 2 shirts in the wardrobe so I sent 3 emails & made 2 calls, but no response at all which I think is pretty poor.

Had a great stay at the this holiday Inn. The room was good, AC worked, staff were awesome and the breakfast first class. Had a nice swim in the pool too! Great value.

The hotel accommodation, reception and location were all good for a stay in that area however the evening food was poor and the service is slow.

In the restaurant at 7 and not out till 10, I think there was a lack of staff as the restaurant was not particularly busy.

The food was not so good, in fact I was ill the next day, which I attribute to the food that night.

I had breakfast in the morning and that was OK in fact they had fried bread which I rarely see these days at breakfast buffets!

I wasn't charged for the evening meal, so I thank the manager for that gesture.

Second time staying here, rooms are ok but it is a noisy place, radiators tapping all night, my partner mentioned a dripping sound that he'd heard throughout the night and the lady on check out completely ignored him, no attempt to even acknowledge or question his comment, rude.

Check in has been incredibly slow on both occasions, feels like a place where the staff would rather be elsewhere as not a smile to be seen. The only dollop of happiness was a night reception gentlemen the first time we stayed, he cheerily opened the doors for us after hours but wasn't around this time...shame.

Wish I could rate lower let’s start by the shockingly overpriced food and tiny portion sizes. Staff here are very very rude non stop staring from reception staff. Says online that hotel is pet friendly but could not be anymore wrong I would definitely not recommend this place they pride themselves on an 8/10 breakfast I wouldn’t even give it a 5 bacon like rubber jam pots that everyone has had there knife in definitely won’t be returning!!!!!
