This is a little gem of a place, keenly priced, clean and very fresh. The host is very accommodating and nothing is too much for him. Food is great especially his bread and butter pudding! Highly recommended independent hotel

Stayed here for 2 night's as we were attending the commonwealth games rugby 7's at Coventry Arena.
The manager was really helpful at assisting us with event parking.
Rooms are adequate and well appointed.
Good choice of breakfast, although there is a small bar, it is only available if the owners are there (they are slowly picking up after C19)

Had a great meal here for Christmas dinner ,in 2021. however looked to rebook for Christmas 2022. Won’t be going there. Almost doubled in price. Well veg and meat haven’t gone up that much… think I will me cooking at home… everyone seems to be jumping on the band wagon of rising prices. It takes the Micky.

Had a lovely clean, warm room. Ensuite, comfortable bed. Smells like fresh laundry. The proprietor was welcoming and friendly.
Very nice breakfast, full English available.
The restaurant only works on the weekend at this time of the year.

This place is brilliant. We have had so many delicious meals for the two of us, family and friends. They never disappoint. Family run and a great family feeling. Thank you always

While visiting my mother, sister & hometown from Cornwall I booked a table for Sunday Lunch. It was like being invited into someones beautiful historic home. The invite extended into the Bar area for drinks by friendly staff then into an equally beautiful dining room. I personally could have eaten everything on the menu! All 3 of us had different items which were all available. The food was excellent and my Bread & Butter Pudding was absolutely awesome <3 Will definitely book again, maybe next time a room & breakfast too!!
