The hotel was ok the parking was a nightmare. Thank goodness we were able to free park at The Leas though. Chloe the girl on reception was nice. Quite quick to serve with breakfast too.

- Furniture from the 1800s, horrible smell, no facilities whatsoever
- Dirty, grubby, uncleaned throughout the hotel.
- Bedroom had now draws/cupboards to put clothes. Covered in dust, filth and the previous rooms bins were not cleaned out. No bed quilty, just a sheet. Curtains so old fashioned which didnt keep light out so we were awake at 5am every day.
- Wouldnt feed the breafkast to my dog. Oliy, white bacon, dirty tables and smelt like someone had died in there.

The room was clean like the rest of the hotel, it was just abit dated with creeking floors but it added to the charm of the hotel. Was only there to sleep anyways. Very ideal location on The Leas Pomenade, close to the beach which is below the cliff. Very good experience with very friendly staff for a very good price.

Location great. Views out to sea fantastic. Hotel itself very tired and could do with a spruce up.
Staff were lovely.

Lovely 2 day stay here the staff are all so cheerful and helpful, good quality breakfast, wonderful views from bedroom you could say a little dated but so many hotels in Folkstone are. This was a wonderful stay for the cost we will definitely use again and recommend.

Had a great line dancing weekend..fabulous staff and food excellent. Room extremely tired..no drawers, one chair between two people, bathroom very tired. Plus note, bedding lovely and clean, comfy bed..Chloe on reception and other staff so friendly and so helpful. . Food excellent..great plus point. Public rooms ok. Such a great location.

Excellent value for money. Friendly and efficient staff, delicious breakfast. Bit tired but clean. Bigest downside for me were the creaky floorboards, ok if you are a heavy sleeper.

Beautiful stunning location right by the sea. The views and sound of the ocean waves outside our window were truly magical. The staff were so very understanding of our needs and catered kindly to them. It's a charming traditional old style Bed and Breakfast, even from a distance we were blown away by its soft white and blue exterior and how warmly lit it is by night. Clean rooms, bright happy chatty staff, it was a truely lovely stay. Highly recommend
