We are in our 60's and found this hotel to be excellent. From first glance at the foyer/reception area, through to the breakfast area, corridors, bedroom/bathroom, we found everywhere to be very clean and welcoming. Staff were pleasant and helpful (although one member of staff unfortunately did not comply with our request for a different pillow - no great problem). Breakfast was more than adequate and staff were attentive, refilling and clearing away when necessary. I requested a room at the rear of the hotel having read reviews where someone said the front can be a little noisy. We were given an exceptionally quiet room at the back of the building - just what we asked for, We stayed here as it is near where our daughter lives, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Quite good value for money.

Stayed at this hotel while visiting family in London. Conveniently located near public transport and underground and handy for tennis. Rooms were spotless and comfortable however I asked to be moved from my room at the front of the property due to traffic noise. The staff could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was given a room at the rear in the older part of the hotel which was every bit as good as the first room. Comfortable place to relax in the bar in the evening with friendly staff to assist. Good breakfast to start the day off as well. Be aware there is a 20GBP parking charge per night if you take your car. would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our six night stay at this hotel and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
The Manager, his management, catering and housing staff were all excellent. Polite, cheerful, helpful and very kindly. We could not recall any of the management or staff being otherwise and our warmest thanks go out to all of you.
The finish/décor of the hotel was tastefully modern and comfortable. The reception area toilets were spotless as was our en-suite room which was also relaxing and cosy.
Having Colliers Wood underground so close to the hotel was another bonus making it so easy to get into the city plus we found ample restaurants, cafes and shops in the vicinity.
Speaking of food, mid-way through our stay we had an evening meal at the hotel which was most enjoyable and very reasonable.

Its an OK place to stay. The room badly needed to be painted however the paint was not in good condition and sofa bed couch looked a bit in poor condition. Hairdryer was very intermittent however and the milk for the tea and coffee was not replaced on one of the days during my stay. Breakfast is OK. Good cooked breakfast but limited choice of food. There was no yogurts available when I stayed. Staff at the breakfast were friendly and did greet guests as they arrived for their breakfast which was nice.

My stay at the holiday inn express was very enjoyable.

The room was clean and spacious.

The staff was friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was great and a lot of choice.

the location was brilliant, very close to tube and bus links along with restaurants shops and bars.

We were offered a late checkout as a rewards customer which we found very helpful along with a place to store our luggage on day of checkout.

The only thing that I would mention was the air conditioning in the room was difficult to understand and it was often too cold with no real instructions or way of amending.

There could also be more space to hang and put away clothes.

I also would have liked some actual toiletries instead of a wall mounted soap and shower gel dispenser on the ballroom wall and in the shower.

Overall we had an amazing stay and will be returning.

First impression was good.Check in was quick and easy. Room was a good size with a well apponted bathroom

The single beds were comfortable. Downside to this room was it faced the main road and traffic noise was a nuisance all night plus there was a slight draft coming from the windows.

Evening meal was very limited in choice so used the pub next door (excellent value and quality).

Breakfast choice of food was NOT up to the standard of choice we have come to expect from this BRAND.

Its location for our needs this visit to London were perfect .Hence the title one night stay as too far from central London for sight seeing.

I found this an excellent hotel in a nice area of London. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and made our stay a happy one. Our room was very comfortable and clean, I couldn’t fault it if I tried. The only slight criticism of the hotel is the breakfast, although quite nice it was nothing special but it was ok to fuel the morning. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay in a hotel that is well positioned in South London. Great room design with sockets in the right places, good lighting options, quiet rooms and very clean. Excellent breakfast included.

Our only complaint was the fire alarm went off on 4 separate occasions around 7am on a Sunday morning with no information from staff which did not make us feel safe.
