It's a splendid place and my go to for Afternoon Tea with a lovely view of Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Be sure to get a window seat to pretty much look over the wall into the quintessential greenery while you enjoy your tea. They have a nice selection of finger sandwiches too.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. Consistent quality, and an excellent location next to Kensington Palace. Very well positioned if you are flying from Heathrow. Highly recommend the rooms with sitting area overlooking the palace and grounds.

The room is cosy but the room temperature was cold not easy to set when you only have 3 settings.
The pillows were completely flat had a hard time sleeping.
Should have been better considering it supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Stayed here twice on my last trip to London. The stunning lobby sets the scene for the hotel, and the staff on front desk are top notch. Well presented, friendly and each unique with their own character, not like the large chains that script their staff like robots. Bathrooms are wonderful with good hot water in the showers, proper sized baths and luxurious towels and bathrobes. The floor and mirrors are heated so the bathroom remains cosy and conformable to be in. The views from the higher floor rooms are just stunning, overlooking Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. The beds are massive and comfortable, with beautiful and comfortable linen for a great night's sleep. An international socket was available in the smaller room however did not cater for Australian plugs. The larger room was only equipped with British plugs, but had plenty of them everywhere. There is a bus stop at the front door with numerous routes, and the district/circle line is only a five minute walk away for at High Street Kensington. Would absolutely stay here again. Only let down I experiences was the air conditioning system, it was very slow to respond to changes in set temperature and really struggled to heat or cool the room if moved from its preset setting.

I think i may have found my new go to place for London. Right by Kensington Palace and a beautiful hotel. Staff was kind and accommodating and upgraded us to a room with a view! Location was convenient for both the tube and the bus. Very easy to get to and from LHR via the tube. What i loved most about this hotel were the small but meaningful touches: electric outlets for all countries, a heated towel rack, slippers and robes, and shower with good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable as well. I can’t wait to come back some day!

Was very hard to find a place the week of the queen's passing, I had stayed here last minute and was very satisfied. Rooms were impeccably clean, and cleaning service was also very good. The rooms may seem small for Americans but this is normal in London, everything was working excellent, in good shape and most importantly when staying anywhere, it was very very clean which I appreciated, AC worked perfect, excellent fast wifi. Hyde Park is literally next door and on the other side of the street there is tons of shopping, truly every shop one may need...there's luxury and high street fashion, a grocery store, boots etc. The hotel itself is very easy to access with a bus stop across the street and it's perfect mix of private and centrally located. I recommend one to stay here because you can guarantee that it will be clean and also ask for a high floor room to get a nice view of London! :)

Such a positive, responsive & helpful staff from desk to housekeeping! Rooms are definitely smaller than described so it'd help to take doors off cabinet & closet. Replace drawers with shelves as there are very few surfaces to use. Shower needs a curtain as the half panel of glass allows much water on floor. Creates a risky situation getting out over the high side of tub. Good bed, pillows, linens. Quiet & safe made for sound sleep. Coffee packets tasted nasty. TV, wifi, lighting & phone good. Replace the carpet with vinyl or other to clean well between guests. Quick response to issues with toilet & kettle not working. Location was inconvenient as it's not within walking distance to most sites. Close to bus & tube lines. Building clean, safe & well-maintained.

Friendly staff. Lovely cosy room with good shower/bath facilities. Afternoon tea was good quality as was the buffet/continental breakfast. Only downsides were parking(car park full on arrival) & late noise from late bars attached to hotel. However, you are situated in a busy City Centre,so allowances have to be made
