Excellent stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Premier Inn standard did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable and a great location to Canbridge. Only a 20 minute walk. Would highly recommend

Good size room and comfy bed. Hotel just what you would expect from the hotel chain. Not too busy midweek when we arrived but was towards end of week.

Inn as usual a comfortable bed, breakfast ok, evenings meals nice, problem not enough staff members to cater for a full house.

The Premier Inn itself was fine, but the Beefeater its attached to is not. Getting some food in the evening was faff, I had to sit in the bar and service was very slow. As the place is quite far out there aren't really a lot of other options.
Breakfast was decent though, and there's parking which is a plus but its not that much cheaper than some much nicer spots.

TV only had a few channels it was missing all itv and Channel 4 & 5 too. Spoke to receptionist and she gave us a sheet of instructions none of which told us how to retune the TV. When I found the auto tune it said it was not available.

Tv didn't work properly and staff had no idea how to fix it. Room was also very hot even with the temp down and fan on

A little out of town so if you arrive late you may not be able to get into the Beefeater next door and then it's a half-hour walk at least to find food. Breakfast was good and the room was fine. A little pricey for the distance from the city centre

It was very good but when we were having dinner it took us 1 hour till are food was out but the room really clean and there was a pad under the bed ?
