Staycity Aparthotels London Heathrow

They upgraded my studio to a one bedroom suite. The location is wonderful right across from the brand new Elizabeth line. The room was spacious and comfortable. They allowed me to have a late check out as I was so tired from a month of travelling. Monica was so friendly and warm at check in and then at check out she got me coffee and biscuits after I told her I was really tired. She was very prompt with replying on what’s app as well when I wanted to check out late. I had a great stay! Thank you

We have been long time resident guests of Stay City in a one bed apartment at Heathrow since January 2021 due to work location issues caused by the pandemic.We have been made most welcome and feel very much at home. The accommodation and team at SC are fantastic as are the facilities and location for restaurant and travel.

We would like to make special mention of Kristina who has been very helpful to us and offered fantastic personal attention and support to our SC needs since we arrived in January 2021.

Without doubt due to location for the airport,accomodation and service this was a great choice.

We continue on as happy guests.

Good services and friendly staffs. I have arrived the hotel earlier than expected and the staffs here helped with my room’s early check-in 6 in the morning.
Unfortunately, the room I moved in got some problems with the shower facilities. So I requested for a room change to Monica, who is the front desk on duty, and she kindly offered me another studio. Really appreciate that.
The hotel is located next to Heathrow airport, just a 5mins train distance. I’m very likely to visit again next time when travelling in London :)

Booking on line was a simple process. I was happy to be contacted and allowed to check in earlier than the 3pm normal time.
Upon arrival at the hotel the desk clerk Elia was welcoming, pleasant and very helpful.
She made the process very easy and friendly.

The room was clean and simple. No complaints. Use of the laundry system was very handy.

What a great experience. The staff and customer service was impeccable. The lobby and lounge area were both very clean and decorated in a unique and modern way. Right across from a main tube line, giving easy access to the city central or a very short trip to Heathrow Airport. Close to little shops and take-out food.
The apartment was clean and had all essentials needed for cooking. Definitely recommend staying here.

Been here for a while & overall its great.
Its been one of the best located apartments we’ve seen here in Hayes.
A couple hiccups here & there that have been out of their control, but they always get resolved in a timely manner.
Their staff downstairs is very nice as well as their online services. Housekeeping is pleasant and quick. They come by every week on a schedule, I like that.
Location is perfect, literally across the street from the station, as well as parks and many other family attractions and shops just a walking distance .
We plan to stay here a while longer.
Definitely should give it a try if you're staying in Hayes.

Stayed here many times,every time it gets better and better every time. Staff (Justina) is very friendly and rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The kitchen very handy. Station is really close by which makes it the perfect stay for a visit to London, which is only 15 minutes by train, and also Good value and COVID secure measures in place made us feel safe. Highly recommended!!

Convenience of hotel to all access of my needs. The train station, restaurants, shopping all in walking distance. One in particular, outstanding customer service, since checking on 10/11. Shabnam+Aaliyah has been extremely awesome to us and has been providing us Great directions to get around. Always a pleasure every time we see her! She is an Asset to your Hotel!
