Excellent accommodation close to Heathrow with easy access if your driving. Room was adequate and very clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel had nice decor throughout. The restaurant was steak and lobster and the cuts of the fillet was very good and tasty. Very friendly staff on arrival. Breakfast was found a little wanting for us as quite busy which was to be expected. Only one toaster for so many does let the service down. Easy access to Heathrow and into London.

Hotel is very grand in the reception area. Room was a little dated in places compared to the rest of the hotel.

The restaurant choice seems to have been reduced as some were only available for private parties.

Other than the above, lovely place. There is a small spa with a hot tub but no swimming pool.

Very convenient and close to Heathrow, can hear the planes quite a lot during the day.

On-site parking is available for a charge of £16

We attended this hotel for a wedding and hence we booked an over night stay.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Wedding hall and reception was stunning. Staff were attentive, amazing place to hold a wedding event. However we were missguided information initially regarding the parking and due to this I have rated it 4/5.
Also cards were constantly causing issues and stopped working so we had to keep running to the reception to have them changed. We ensure they were not next to phones or any other item which could cause them to be demagnetized, however this still didn't help.

Great location and clean rooms. Nice lobby and function rooms (attended wedding). Rooms were small but clean and had good facilities. Great bars inside hotel.

Issue with the key cards, 2 cards never worked at same time. Repeatedly had to go to reception to reactivate as they kept disabling the working card. This occurred 4 times at least. Also heard same complaints from other guests.

Had issue with first room; when checking in we noticed the windows were fully open and AC was on full blast. When closing the windows and turning off the AC we noticed a foul vomit smell, the carpet was damp too. Clearly the staff were covering something up, they should of just reported this and gave us a different room. Reception staff were friendly enough to change rooms swiftly.

The main issue however was the room service. For starters there wasn't a QR code or menu in the room. We called and ordered a chicken wrap and chips. The wrap had literally 2 small pieces of chicken and rest of filling was potato. The chef/hotel staff clearly knew what they were doing. I had to ring to explain as they tried to charge for the order when placing the same one. Explained I wasn't going to pay for the wrap nor the chips as they got cold since we wanted to eat together.
Very disappointed with the service and the cheek of the hotel using these poor tricks late at night. Won't be staying at this chain again.

Not only were we greeted with instant warmth and kindness, we were given exceptional service and had a very fast check in. The hotel room itself was absolutely lovely and blocked out cold well with its classic sturdy drapes. We also appreciated the hospitality and gesture of compliments. I got this room for me and my sister who has stayed at many 4-5 star locations around the world. She stated this is one of her best experiences and I can’t thank them enough for making it a truly wonderful stay for her and for me.

Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.

Very nice hotel. Clean & spacious rooms. Complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and all the necessary toiletries available in the bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with lots of variety on offer. Great for an overnight stay before a flight. Only a 10 minute drive to the airport, although a taxi will set you back around £20-£25.

Arrived 1.15am to check in after a long day guy on reception was very polite, needed to be at airport for 8am asked about the hotel shuttle bus which leaves hotel every hour but wait for it to book it was £7 per person, what about breakfast Not included in my booking wait for it!! The hotel has a special offer on instead of the Normal £25 for breakfast I could have it for £18 now there’s an offer I could refuse. Room was comfortable, clean tidy warm just what was needed I would stay again but won’t be eating or drinking there.
