Room was really hot, the heat seemed to be coming through the walls, the AC unit in my room didn't work, instead there was a fan left by the window. This Travelodge is on a very busy and noisy road, even when I checked in at midnight, I was struggling to sleep against the sound heavy traffic, people beeping horns, lorries at the traffic lights, and motorbikes racing down the road at all hours... Their answer to this was that they offered free earplugs... They were too uncomfortable to sleep in, and the room was so hot I had to sleep with the fan on and the window open which was a nightmare. Worst night's sleep I've had in a long time. And to think this hotel cost £100/night... Truly shocking. Book somewhere else!

Also; the breakfast - it's a buffet, there's a fair few options and everything was available and of okay quality, the coffee machine produced really weak burnt tasting coffee. Breakfast score: 4/10

Where do I start ?
Walked in to a room that smelled of cigarettes (intense smell, someone must have been smoking in there recently).
Room way too warm but the air conditioning didn't work (it looked like it did but wasn't making any difference and I tried for 2 hrs).
The remote didn't work so up and down to change the channel or adjust volume.
The bathroom wasn't too bad but no sufficient ventilation so this combined with the aircon issue... not great!
Additional charge for parking, not included in the room price!
They have a 'restaurant'. My dinner was okay but I saw 2 people returning their meals complaining. Didn't hear what about.
Overall experience poor!

Arrived at 1:30am for a prebooked and paid for room only to be told they had transferred us to another hotel. Apparently we should have had an email informing us but that was not the case.
Traveled to the other hotel who knew nothing about it and had no room for us. At 2:30 was told we had a room at yet another hotel. Got to the third hotel that had one of the 2 rooms booked but knew nothing of the other. Eventually got rooms sorted at 3:30am.

Great stay very friendly staff great service
Me and my disabled wife have been staying at our local Travelodge in Enfield. We had an accessible room with air con Wi-Fi , we ate at their bar/restaurant everyday and the food was good! breakfast is a big hit with many different things to chose from (full English/ continental) the price’s of things are a bargain, great beers and wide range of spirits also.
We had a lovely interaction with all of the members of staff they were very pleasant and helpful all through out our stay. Even the cleaners.

Especially the Assistant manager (Michael) and front desk staff named viktor they went above and beyond! They made our long stay very pleasant and sorted out any issues straight away, at anytime. The rooms are serviced to a high standard every single day. All I can say is amazing stay amazing staff amazing management team. A BIG THANK YOU 😊 FROM US!! keep up the great work guys 🙌 BIG WELL DONE 👍 👏

Pros:
The room was nice and spacious. We liked bed and area of location.
The breakfast was good and a pretty good selection for a really good price.
Front desk were efficient and helped us out with checking our bags in early
Affordable

Cons:
- We didn’t have hot water during the 3 day stay we had.
- The bar service was terrible. First off the girl there took so long to take our order. Then they took our half full drinks from our table and disposed of. I then went to re-order the cocktail and hot drink they took and let them know what happened - to which I had to remind them to make 25 minutes later as we still had not received them and they were watching the soccer. We received our main meals 1 hour later and our dessert 50 minutes after that. We tried to find a manager but apparently there was not a single manager in at the time.
- Not enough toiletries or cleaning. We didn’t have our room touched up and we had 1 toilet paper roll for the 3 days because everytime we asked for another one they said they would add it in when they got to our room… they never got to our room.

No hot water during entire stay, suggested it was a new issue when we checked in then found it had been two days. We have found other guests who saw the manager on checking out and got a full refund, she wasn't there when we complained and boy on reception just shrugged. To complain to customer service is 13p per minute with service charges on top. I've finally found an email address and been told its 5 days for response, I hold out no hope

Receptionist (older male) extremely rude with an attitude absolutely not appropriate for serving customers. Shower was not clean, no soap, really unhygienic conditions. The bed was ok, but the room decor itself was far from inviting, doors were extremely loud, carpet was dirty. I would never eat there as I have already tried the Travelodge food before and it is just terrible. I would not recommend staying there.

Hotel needs a good deep clean. The bathroom was not clean enough. The carpet in the room is filthy. Hotel has a musty smell. Breakfast very poor. Hot food left uncovered and was unattended most of the time. Children were running around the food and helping themselves. A lot of noise outside at night so could not sleep. Staff are friendly though.
