We stayed 2 nights 10th&11th October. Evidently a family run business Excellent location for Harrow and all amenities there walking distance to Harrow on Hill underground station. There was off road parking at the front of the hotel just outside our allocated room window. On arrival the proprietor and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Felt assured that they valued our custom. The young lady escorted us immediately to our room and was very polite and courteous. It was spacious, clean and tidy ideal for our stay. They provided us with a code for the front door and password to access the WiFi. Enjoyed our stay and if in area would definitely stay there again.

This wasn't the most stylish, trendy hotel - but it was comfortable, very clean, and had a fridge in the room which was awesome. Room was cleaned fully each day, good water pressure, it had everything I needed. Very close to harrow and wealding station as well as harrow on the hill as well.

Worst Hotel in the world. They gave us a room that it felt like hell. So hot. They offered us an industrial fan to spend the night with all that noise. Horrible. Never book there. I did not spend even one night there. I booked in another hotel the same day and lost my money. They refunded us just two nights instead of three. Never again

We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and well located. We were allocated the top room which was large, clean and comfortable. We were told it was their best room and whilst we were very pleased with it, it was a high climb with our suitcases even though the staff helped..extra pillows were provided. The staff were always on hand and willing to help us.

I made a booking online which asked for a credit/debit card details in order to secure a room booking with instructions to pay full amount once checked in which I had no problems doing, within half an hour I had a phone call from a man shouting at me demanding my credit card details saying my card had declined which I asked who he was and told him my confirmation email had instructed to pay full at check in and he shouldn’t have tried to take payment without my permission or presence. He went on shouting and aggressively demanding my bank details which I refused due to being on a public coach and his approach which is very unprofessional and he hadn’t even told me who he was no name or position to the hotel so I told him he was rude aggressive and very unprofessional and I will be cancelling my 2 night booking due to his intimidating behaviour. As a woman looking for a place to lay your head at night I suggest not booking with this hotel, some times being cheap isn’t worth it and the rooms are small and musky!

A decent place for the price. Its like a 7 min walk to the tube station plus there's two shopping centers nearby. You've got everything you need. The room was clean, beds comfortable. By my American sensibilities the bathroom was tiny. For me, the only drawback was it's not in the downtown areas of London so not the most convenient location.

We had a delightful stay at the Crescent Hotel, the staff was vert kind and paid attention to so many things regarding our stay. The room was good with comfy beds, TV, so much natural light, the internet was very good (we usually face problems with the speed of the wifi in other accommodations). Parking on-site, very good. And apart from that, the hotel is situated very close to Harrow on the Hill underground station, or even better, closer to the Shopping Centre. Excellent overall stay. Thank you!

This is a nice, cosy family-run hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly and kind. It is a real gem for anyone wanting to come to London and needs a clean, comfortable, well-appointed room for good value. You are only 20 minutes away from Baker Street by tube and Harrow-on-the Hill is lively and full of shops and cafes. I highly recommend this hotel. Good for business trips or trips to visit London.
