Fantastic, attentive staff without being pushy, cream tea for 14 went without a hitch. Definitely will revisit. Have not rated rooms as did not stay but given the quality of the ground floor I would hazard a guess that they would live up to the photos

Beautiful venue inside and out, the main wedding is held in a white marquee with a white dancefloor already fitted. They have their own bar and several rooms for accommodation perfect for couples and their families to stay in some beautiful grounds. All of the staff are very friendly and I am over the moon to be a recommended supplier for this amazing venue. (Attached is one of many of my setups available at this venue.)

I recently hosted a black tie charity dinner and dance at Pontlands Park in their marquee and it was incredible! I cannot thank the staff enough from the planning, to the support on the day and the quality of the food and the set up. All my guests commented on how great the venue was and we managed to raise a great amount for charity. If anyone is looking at hosting an event, I would highly recommend Pontlands Park!

Great staff from the reception to the restaurant. Great stay for a few days for work in a lovely location. Only weird part was the phone next to the toilet but I thought it was funny.

Booked 10 rooms for a wedding and they made it so difficult. Staff were very rude and incompetent. Also grossly overpriced. Charged me £80 extra for breakfast for two kids for 2 days who barely ate anything. Just a joke overall, best to avoid

The room was lovely. Great staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here was amazing, very tasty. The swimming pool etc was next door but had a walkway straight from the hotel so you didn't need to go outside which was handy. Lovely and clean. Would certainly come back here again

We organised our Wedding at Pontlands at fairly short notice. Aileen was amazing throughout the whole process. The venue was beautiful, the staff were attentive throughout our 2 day stay, the hotel and all facilities were superb. The food was so nice and all our Wedding guests have since complemented the chefs on the high level of food along with the service from the staff. I highly recommend Pontlands as a venue.
