Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa

One night spa break and it was absolutely fantastic.
The staff were amazing throughout in all areas of the spa, bar, reception and guest keeping.
We arrived early and was able to use the spa facilities which were so good. The coffee shop served great food and drinks.
We got upgraded for free to the November room which had perfect views and we had the best sleep.
The breakfast was great and was brought to the room for free.
The bar staff were so friendly and recommended cocktails and places to eat.
The grounds were fantastic for a walk around.
Only downsize was quite far from other places so we had to get taxis.

Fantastic stay for our Wedding Anniversary, we stayed for one night and were put in the June room which is a stunning room with great views. We had items put in our room and this was easy to arrange with concierge, along with booking a massage. The spa facilities are well kept and we received excellent service in here too. We had dinner in the evening and this tasted fantastic and was presented well. Complimentary fudge and bottle of processco also went down a treat. Overall would highly recommend if your looking for somewhere special to stay.

Stayed here alone for my birthday, used the pool and spa the day of checking in. Had a facial later in the day which was just lovely and a shame it had to end!
Had my nails painted the following day with really pleasant staff.
My room was upgraded by them for my birthday which was just lovely.
Couldn’t fault a thing apart from wanting to stay an extra night 😊 I just might do that when I have company 😉

Situated in beautiful Cheshire countryside around 3 miles from Nantwich. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect to find in them. Staff are very friendly, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Food is to a high standard and there is plenty of car parking available.

A beautiful hotel and such friendly staff who went out of their way to make my 80th birthday so special. From the moment I walked into reception the staff all wished me a happy birthday. Our room was lovely and everything was spotless clean. A really delightful experience and my thanks to everyone for making it so.

Had afternoon tea today at Rookery Hall which was fabulous from start to finish. I had asked for a table near the fire which was beautifully set up for us on arrival. Colette in particular and all the staff who served us were lovely being friendly and efficient. A memorable experience, thank you.

I had a treatment with Carol Fleur, who went above and beyond! She finished my massage with a head massage which was absolutely amazing! I came out feeling like a new woman! Thankyou to all the staff who made our day wonderful

We had our works Christmas party and stayed over for the fifth year running, and it was as excellent at always, if not better! Highly recommend the hotel, food and service.

What really prompted me to write the review is that I accidentally left something important in our room. The Rookery Hall Reception staff were brilliant. The item was found and posted back to me, which is much appreciated. That goes above and beyond.
