A hotel so grand, elegant and just beautiful.

I loved the entrance, the Decor and the grounds of the hotel.

This is a beautiful place to visit, I'd definitely come again.

My husband and I sat and had a drink in the garden, which was lovely.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely place to sit back and relax with beautiful surroundings.

Fairmont Windsor Park hotel is beautifully designed and a thoroughly enjoyable stay cemented by the quality of the facilities and the standards of the staff. It is set in magnificent grounds and I spent two nights here - making use of the conference rooms, restaurant, bar and not to mention the spa facilities, which are among the best I’ve seen. My massage at the hotel was also delightful. A great opportunity to spend some time to relax and “escape”.

My wife and I had a very pleasant wedding anniversary celebration at the Fairmont Windsor.
The hotel and facilities, including the surroundings, are stunning and brand new. A few things are still coming together (faultless service, kids playground, etc.) but this is a top choice to spend a relaxing luxurious weekend outside London. It is set to fit perfectly both couples and families.
The director Patrick was very welcoming and knew how to take excellent care of his customers.
The rooms are excellent and the upgrade was much appreciated. The food and cocktails were also top notch - we will definitely be back!

A spectacular venue with a real wow factor. The perfect setting for a grand wedding! The venue feels very new and well kept, with a stunning blend of contemporary, neutral and historic design throughout the venue and decor.

We have been fortunate enough to provide our DJ and Production services in the Ballroom for many Indian Weddings over the past year and always love to work here.

The well maintained, picturesque open grounds leading to the venue makes for the perfect entrance, with the fountain being a real centerpiece of the outside.

We are always situated in The Ballroom, which upon entry is a beautiful foyer followed by an escalator down to the main room. As you navigate through the venue, you can see the great attention to detail put into the building and design.

This venue cannot be recommended enough by us, it offers a truly luxurious setting for the wedding of your dreams.

What an amazing experience and stay! We chose the Fairmont for a 70th birthday celebration for our mother. There were many pieces to the puzzle - lunch for 22, a stay in the hotel for some guests - use of the spa for some guests. Alla (group coordinator) was great at helping us sort our lunch booking and cake order before arrival. On arrival manager Suki was great at greeting us and making sure we had everything that was needed. Restaurant staff for lunch were amazing. Due to our numbers they decided a dedicated children’s table would be a good idea. They covered the table with teddies and colouring/work books for the children - a great touch. The spa staff were equally welcoming and dedicated to ensuring a great customer experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

The overall experience was good. We stayed overnight enjoying the spa facilities and 1215 restaurant. The meal in the 1215 restaurant was excellent.

A lovely stay but with a few niggles

1) As our booking name was spelt incorrectly we were in the system which caused a problem of the reception desk. They found us eventually but there was fair wait and a little fluster because of it.
2) Our room had no bubble bath. There was a beautiful bath but nothing to put in it as all off the bottles are strapped to the wall. This needs rectifying.
3) The Spa facilities are great, but my overall feedback are that they are too small for the hotel. The hotel wasn't at full capacity but the spa was full, in particular the pool with children playing, all poolside beds taken, the outside pool full of adults (as the kids had commandeered the main pool). It felt busy with people looking for seats and I think you'll have feedback over how it's used, and how comfortable it is, as capacity in the hotel swells.

Absolutely stunning.
The Fairmont Windsor park really reminds me of the Savoy. I think much of the styling and finishes must have been influenced from the Savoy and it really works.
The hotel was immaculate, the staff welcoming and the attention to detail was really lovely to see.
I loved the traditional welcome at the door by the Porters and hosts, it was really refreshing where many hotels are trying to cut back on staff that the Fairmont understand the importance of this when operating at this price point.
The food was superb, and well presented and the rooms were very luxurious with nice finishes and features throughout.
I will definitely return and recommend.

Fantastic rooms (albeit a tad cold despite climate adjustment). The staff were very attentive and brought my son cuddly toys. They have an amazing spa, incredible gym, and the breakfast was perfect (they even had a proper oat cuppucino in the inclusive breakfast which I highly recommend). Will come back!
