Wanted to say thank you to the team who made our stay very nice. We had a great 5 nights there! Liked the pizza 🍕 and outfit of the hotel plus thanks for keeping our bday cake safe. Breakfast is great with smoothie and the healthy section but also the naughty ones. Only weird thing was maybe a bit the egg. But great guys keep it up x

For the money pretty good. Tailored to a younger crowd. I miss having something to use as a desk but other that fine. Short walk to DLR station (you can take this to custom house and then the Elizabeth line for rapid transport to the west end or change at Canning town for the Jubilee line and Canary Wharf)

Room is nice if a little on small side but we'll appointed. Disappointed for the price not to have complimentary water in room. But there are free water dispensers in bar. Bar is nice with lovely features throughout but there is a single bar person also doing check-ins so service is variable. Decent stay and better than most hotels in the vicinity.

Ideal for visiting ExCeL. Rooms were clean, black out curtains and air con..absolutely no storage though. So you can't un pack you do live out of a bag...they provide 4 hangers that's all. They provided hand wash and shampoo and conditioner which was good but no shower gel. We bought our own but as they offered those thought they may have offered shower gel. Staff don't seem happy though. No one really talks to you. No one smiles...the breakfast however I was not happy with. £24 for me and my partner and hardly anything on offer and the scrambled egg that was offered was very watery i couldn't eat it. We were down by 8 and there weren't even any beans..no bread for toast, bowls and plates were very small (obviously deliberately) and in the evening there was only 1 man on service so you wait ages. Not ideal.

First off- booked a room and stated I’d be getting in at 5am due to a late flight (paid for the night prior) and when I arrived they didn’t have a room for me. Apparently reservations mean nothing until you physically check in. I travel a decent amount and have never been told that by a hotel before. After telling me that, the employee asked if I had any other options, as if I was expected to make multiple hotel reservations. Apparently a bunch of flights had been cancelled so all the hotels nearby were full. At least they let me sleep on the lobby couches until a room was ready. Wifi is terrible, it’s only strong enough to message from the room, I had to go to the lobby to use google maps or the internet. Rooms are bit small but manageable. Ridiculous price for the level of service they offer.

A great place to stay near City Airport. The rooms are reasonably priced, medium sized and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options, and the atmosphere relaxed. It is an easy walk from the airport. Good value for the money.

I wish it were just a little bit cheaper, maybe price and quality match better when MCM Comic-Con isn't on.
I wish there were reusable mugs in the room, had to waste two tiny paper cups to have a tea in the morning and the tea was replenished but the milk and sugar were not.
Prefer cups that can be washed and aren't single use.
I will probably go again if I can get the money together, because it's (somehow) the cheapest and I need somewhere close to ExCel for accessibility reasons.

So close to the airport,
Room is good but. Jesus. If I have to ever hear the TVs song again I will smash through to the next room to break the TV.
All night the screen saver tune was playing so loud in the empty room next us. We checked out at 5am hardly slept,
Breakfast was included but didn't start until we'll after we checked out,
Free cocktails of arrival which was a lovely touch
Pool table.
